Welcome to LIFE Bucerías 216, by Bay Property & Rentals.

Make yourself at home in this brand-new, fully-equipped apartment in the heart of Bucerias' Golden Zone, steps from the beach and from excellent restaurants serving all kinds of food.

Enjoy a nice cup of coffee in the morning from your private balcony with a view, don't miss a day of training at the fitness center, and relax in the Jacuzzi and pool area.

*The space*

The apartment has one bedroom with a king-size bed and full en-suite bathroom, a private balcony overlooking the pool and outdoor chairs and table, a fully equipped kitchen with an electric stove, a microwave oven, a refrigerator and freezer, a toaster, a blender, a coffee maker, water filtration system in the kitchen sink, and has all the basics for cooking.

The sofa bed in the living room is ideal for two more guests to sleep comfortably and with access to a second full bathroom. There is also a washer and dryer available for light loads.

All guests have access to the pool/jacuzzi and gym areas on the 1st floor of the building.

Wonderful new condo building

To me this is the best location in Bucerias because of the nice street and proximity to restaurants and beach, but not right in town. Condo was new, beautiful, well stocked, clean and had everything we could ask for, including 2 beautiful bathrooms and 2 large tvs. We especially loved the heated pool and hot tub. Building and pool area were nice and quiet. We have already recommended to friends who booked next year.

“Life” is good!!

Our stay was short but sweet. The condo was great has everything you need, comfortable king bed, balcony overlooking the pool, full size fridge, washer/dryer, two bathrooms and more…. The complex is beautiful has a great restaurant and bar at the top, we’ll equipped gym overlooking the pool and it’s situated right where you want to be in Bucerias close to many restaurants & shopping, it’s also a block from the beach. Bay Beach Properties were amazing hosts… a shout out to the entire team. Terry & Kathy from Burlington Ontario Canada

Beautiful property

We had a wonderful time in Bucerias. The condo was exactly as described, very clean, secure, close to restaurants and the beach. I would 100% recommend the property and location. We felt comfortable walking around at night. We would return in a heart beat, it was very hard to go home. The only things I would change about the condo would be to provide a book with emergency numbers (Dr., ambulance, hospital) and some restaurant recommendations and tips. We mainly received information from other owners/guests, Google and people we met on the street. An ironing board would also be a welcome addition and instructions for washer and dryer in English. Utube and Google translate got us there but an instruction sheet would speed up the process. We do need to learn the language as well, that would help and we plan on it as we return to Mexico more and more. Thank you for letting us stay in your beautiful condo. We hope to be back.

Great place to vacation

We were very comfortable at Life Condos. The unit had everything we needed. The pool was beautiful! This is a newer building. Beach was 1 block away. Many restaurants nearby. Short walk to downtown Bucerias.

All the Perks

Great Property, Great Location, close to everything. Stunning property with a great pool and lounge area. We walked everywhere from the Life Building. Very friendly staff. 5 Star for sure.
