This 3 bedroom, 2.5 bathroom townhouse offers a king size bed in the master bedroom which includes an ensuite bathroom with a standup shower and his and her sinks. Bedroom #2 also offers a king size bed with balcony access . Bedroom #1 includes two twin beds also with balcony access. Spacious open living and dining room floor plan includes a fully stocked kitchen and a half bath off the living room. The grounds offer a pool and hot tub for your enjoyment as well.
Guests will have access to the entire townhouse, including access to all common areas on the grounds.

This townhome is located in the famous Fort Marcy Compound. FMC is 9 acres of manicured grounds with breath taking views located on the hill above downtown Santa Fe, only blocks from the plaza, and 30 minutes from the Santa Fe Ski basin. Fort Marcy Park and playground just a short walk down the street.
Laundry facility is available on the grounds but not in the home itself.
