Pueblo-style spacious single-floor home providing an authentic Santa Fe experience in this conveniently located house. Tastefully decorated with original art and antiques. Wi-Fi, laundry, working desk area, BBQ grill, smart TV. Direct access to hiking trail from the backyard. 10-min to downtown, Museum Hill, and Santa Fe airport. 20-min from Santa Fe Opera House. Note the house is cooled using a swamp cooler that is only available for the summer months between June and October, while heating is only available for the remaining winter months. If you are sentivie to temperature, please inquire before booking. Please update the reservation if there is any change to guest number, we enforce the guest count strictly through our security camera. For guest with more than 1 pet, please reach out after booking your reservation to update the pet charges. Pet fee is $20 per night for each pet.

Charming property. One suggestion we had was a second hair dryer in the second bathroom. Also reading lamps by the beds in the bedrooms would be really convenient.

Not this one

Sketching neighborhood, unkept backyard, interior, dusty, and moldy. Furniture, mismatched, and broken down. My family couldn’t stay in this environment and had to move to a different property for our stay. House is extremely cluttered with bookshelves everywhere crammed full of old books and papers. This was not an easy decision for me, but it was the right one. We also had ants in one of the beds and in the kitchen area.

Great location and clean.

The house is cute. Big backyard for our dog was great. Very clean. Lots of books and music and culture in the house which is fun. Really needs new mattresses on the beds but otherwise a good stay.

Great place with eclectic interior

There's not a lot of options when you're traveling with 6 people, so I was thrilled to find this little gem. I would definitely describe the interior as "eclectic". The host had everything from a CD collection to Chinese Books to art history to more! I will say that I tried the code a couple of times and could not seem to time the door right. Thankfully, my friend had the magic touch. Something similar happened trying to lock it as we left. Not the end of the world, as the host was responsive every time I messaged her, so if worst came to worst I'm sure she could have walked us through it. Overall a good experience. Recommend!

Great Location

We loved visiting Santa Fe. This house was a great location for all the spots we wanted to visit. The host was very responsive to a message asking about us getting there a little early. The bedrooms however didn’t work for 7 elderly women. The bunk bedroom would work better for children. Also the living room seating wasn’t enough for 7 adults. In general the space wasn’t roomy enough for our group.

Nice place to stay

House is very clean and outfitted with normal accessories for our stay. The backyard and the neighborhood vegetation is wild, meaning not well-groomed, if that is important to visitors. The host was very prompt in responding to pre-visit and onsite questions. The backyard has a nice little patio. The neighborhood was safe. Would stay again.

Nice house 15 minutes from the plaza.

Adequate

To be honest we felt like we were staying in a thrift store, furniture,broken pedestal on fireplace mantel all crammed into the living room and dining area. The cushions on many of the chairs had seen better days for sure. The kitchen was nice but make sure to bring your extra coffee mugs! The beds were comfortable but there were broken lamps and we couldn’t use some of the closets because they were full of clothes already. The bathrooms were nice but the drawers and cabinets had stuff left from previous guests. Owner was very very responsive and helpful.

Perfect for Families and Pets

Nice size home with updated kitchen and bathrooms. Along with a fenced in yard making it perfect for your dogs to accompany you. Would definitely stay again!

Great Find

This house is tucked away in a quiet neighborhood not far from downtown Santa Fe or Cerrillos. I was able to walk my dog around several close by streets without getting on a busy road. My family and I enjoyed the books and art and the general coziness of the place. We found everything we needed for meal preparation and cleaning up. Thank you for your hospitality!

The lock on the door would not stay locked. Bad apparatus. Manager charged for dogs after the stay, even though we advised previously. Later tried to charge for a wash cloth that had makeup on it, spilled laundry soap. Wet spot in garage (it had rained all weekend), and something else. Cleaning fee was already in pror payment. Feel this is a poor place to stay
