Awesome location in Rehoboth

Great location with easy walk to all the restaurants and shops on the Main Street, and few blocks to the beach and boardwalk. Easy check-in, clear house instructions, and two parking spots.

We had a great time in Rehoboth Beach at the cottage. The neighborhood was so friendly and safe. The seating in the open DR/LR was perfect for the 5 of us. There are two areas so if you don’t want to watch TV, you can sit by the window area and read. The kitchen was clean and organized. The washer/dryer was helpful. Beds were comfy and we were grateful for two bathrooms. The shed was perfect for storing our 5 bikes as it’s a good 3.5 blocks to the beach to the Philadelphia St entrance (which is a quieter area). Before September 15, you can ride on the boardwalk before 10am. Loved the patio! We would definitely return to the cottage.

Great rental and location for short stay at Rehoboth Beach

The property was a. perfect location for our short stay at Rehoboth - great location close to everything, very clean and well maintained, more than enough room for ourselves and our dog, easy to get in touch with property owner, very fair price for the rental.

Love Rehoboth

We had a great time at this cute beach house. It was clean, comfortable and had everything we needed. The location was perfect for walking to all our favorite places in town. We will definitely rent again! It was nice to meet our gracious host next door.

Wonderful Stay

This an excellent property just steps away from all that Rehoboth Ave. has to offer. The house is pet friendly and Courtney is a responsive and friendly host. The only caution I would give is that the elegant spiral staircase to the second floor may not be suitable for families with small children. I really enjoyed my stay and hope to return!

We have stayed in this condo 4 times in the past with friends and this time had our 10 yr old grandson. We love the location close to every thing. The pool is delightful. Very clean and well kept condo. The host is very kind and responsive to any needs. Our 9 yr old Lab loves this place too. Thankyou for a great week

Rehoboth Beach Townhouse

This Townhouse is fantastic. Just a short walk from the beach and Boardwalk. Once we parked at the town home we did not need a car at all. Trying to find a parking spot would have been a chore and hassle not to mention most spots are metered or a 30 minute time limit. Super clean and spacious. Perfect family rental property. Extremely modern and we loved the spiral staircase and the amenities to boot. Owner is super and responds promptly to any questions. We absolutely loved this home and the convenience to everything. We hope to stay here on our next visit.

Clean, close to everything, quiet.

This is probably our 10th time staying here. We love the condo so much that it almost feels like our own. Our dog also loves coming here and we can’t even tell other dogs have been here in the past because it is super clean. The patio is nice for grilling. Access to cushions would be nice for the patio furniture but beach towels work for now. The neighborhood is walking distance to the beach and all the shops in Rehoboth, but set back off the main road that you dont hear all the traffic and noise of you were staying right on the main road. The price is very competitive if not better than similar places in the area. See ya next May!

Our Get Away!

Our stay at your townhouse was wonderful. There was plenty of room and space for storage. The bedrooms were spacious and well organized and the bathrooms were clean with plenty of room for items needed. The steps were a little challenging at first but after a few times up and down they became less so! As for the kitchen, it was stocked with everything we needed. Maybe a Keurig in the future? The kitchen table was great! We loved the size and comfort of it. Having the downstairs bathroom was a plus too! It was nice to have the outdoor patio. If the weather was better we would have used it more. The parking was excellent, especially being that it was covered. Finally, the location couldn’t have been better. It was only a short 10 minute walk to the beach. We wish we could have stayed longer for sure. We look forward to coming down again!

A lovely house, close to the beach, boardwalk, and other fun stuff. The beds were firm but quite comfortable. The kitchen was better equipped than many vacation rentals we've used. The host was very attentive but not intrusive, and the house rules are very reasonable and easy to follow.

The house is located in a very nice neighborhood and is close to town and the beach. Our first impression of the home was its cleanliness. In addition, the layout of the home was spacious and suited our needs. The back porch and awning were great too! There was even a small backyard for our pets. We will definitely stay here again!

Perfect

Propert had everything we needed for a weekend family getaway. Close to everything on the Rehoboth strip and Boardwalk. Nice quiet neighborhood. House was updated and well maintained. Will definitely be renting this house again.

Great beach vacation with Family

We've stayed at this rental a few times now and really enjoy the location in Rehoboth Beach. The place is clean and perfect for our family of four and dog. It has everything needed and you can easily walk to the stores nearby or the beach as well. I would definitely recommend it to anyone else looking for a beach rental in the Rehoboth area.

Loved our stay!

The property was clean,cozy and comfortable. The only issue we had was bringing our own sheets. I had to go out and buy two sets. And now I have two sets that fit no beds. It was a great walk to town and everything Rehoboth has to offer. Nice quiet neighborhood. I would highly recommend this place to stay.

Well Kept and Comfortable

A nice place to land while visiting the beach. The winding stairwell to second floor is narrow and steep..not for the elderly or handicapped. The layout is nice and the location is central to town. Overall, a nice, quiet place to stay.
