This adorable carriage house was everything we had hoped for! It was clean, attractively decorated and welcomed our dog. The location was perfect; we walked to restaurants and the beach. Loved our stay, and it won’t be our last!

Sweet Cottage!

Our family, including our fur-baby, had a lovely stay. The cottage is perfect for three or four people. It is well-stocked, clean, and pet friendly. Christy’s responses to our messages were super fast and friendly. Thank you, Christy!

Fantastic Vacation

Our family just enjoyed a lovely weeklong vacation at this property. The cottage is a great size for a family of three and is ideally located near the beach, funland, and many great restaurants. It was impeccably clean and we appreciated the welcome wine. Would highly recommend and hope to book again next year!

Very nice place and is pet friendly

We enjoyed ourselves during our stay and we even extended our stay by 1 day. Our dog Bentley had a great time as we got to stroll the neighborhood and board walk. Any issues were quickly resolved. We had a great time.

Lovely, convenient, clean

We truly enjoyed our stay at Christy’s carriage house. It was the perfect spot for my husband and I and our pup. It was just the right amount of space, super clean and an easy walk to the beach, boardwalk and town - not to mention a lovely neighborhood for strolls with our pup. We will definitely be back!

Great cottage in a fantastic location

The property exceed my expectations. The cottage was spotless - very clean. We were greeted with a complimentary bottle of wine and personal note. The location was fantastic - we could walk everywhere. I will definitely book this cottage again in the future.

Perfect cozy cottage

This cozy cottage made an excellent home base for two adults and one toddler. It was laid out well, was clean, and had all the amenities you might need. It was easy to babyproof. It is only missing outside space, but it was nice to retreat to the a/c after spending the day outside so we may not even had used it. Short walk to the beach/boardwalk in one direction and to the business district in the other. Playground and farmers market on Tuesday in walking distance. Only thing you need to bring are sheets and bath towels; the kitchen is stocked with supplies, cookware/bakeware, coffee pot, toaster, wine glasses/opener; dish soap, hand soap, and laundry and dishwasher detergent are provided. Makes a great getaway.

Adorable, clean, and a great location

We spent a week at this adorable cottage. It was perfect for two people and the bedroom being in the 2nd floor loft was surprisingly large for what you would expect. The space was clean and simple with everything you would need for a beach vacation. The location is great—close to the main strip but far enough away to be quiet and calm. Having a driveway was a massive plus, and the extra parking permit came in handy on those few times we actually drove anywhere. You are two blocks to the beach and 2-3 blocks from Rehoboth Ave, so we walked everywhere except the one day it rained. FYI, the bed is a king-size, something we didn’t realize until we got there and had brought queen-size sheets. And the shower is very small (we are petite women and both had trouble washing without banging into the walls). Definitely not a dealbreaker at all but something to keep in mind if you like bigger showers or need a tub. There’s also a washer and dryer and a second powder room which was really nice as well. The owners were very helpful and sweet—the wine and handwritten note was a lovely touch and they were very accommodating of a few special requests. We travel to Rehoboth yearly and will definitely keep this little cottage in mind for future stays!

I would give a 6th star if I could! The carriage house was a lovely place to stay. This was our first time visiting Rehoboth and it is accessible to everything you’d want to get to. The home is very well maintained and the host provided everything you may need. We will definitely consider staying again the next time we visit Delaware.

Great for young families!

We stayed in the carriage house for a couple nights for our first beach vacation with our 3 month old and had a great experience! Christy was so accommodating and responsive. She had a pack and play, baby monitor, bouncer, and beach cart we were able to borrow. We also brought our dog and the house had dog bowls, pet towels and blankets, and dog toys. The rental is in such a prime location to the beach and the main strip of bars and restaurants in Rehoboth. Highly recommend this rental to any small family.

Perfect Beach Cottage

My husband and I spent our 20th anniversary here with our little dog and it was amazing! The cottage is perfect - easily walkable to the beach, boardwalk, shops and restaurants. Christy is a very helpful host, and her recommendations and information were spot on. The neighborhood is perfect for walking the dog, our little guy is already asking to go back!! Thank you so much Christy, and we hope to visit again!

4th Generation Rehoboth Beach family. My family and I love Rehoboth Beach and love sharing our home with families looking for a relaxing trip to the beach! My mom grew up in the front house when her family was running "Funland" on the Boardwalk.

Varför värden valde detta boende

This property has been in our family for our 60 years and we hold in near and dear to our heart. My mom grew up in the front house and has completed thoughtful renovations over the past year. The result is an beautifully quaint and elegant cottage. This home is perfect for couples but would also work for small families or two couples as we have purchased a very high end pull out sofa for the first floor.
