Less than expected

Towels were still drying with hair on them. So we had to just go buy our own towels. Kitchen dint have knives for cutting, anything for cooking in over. No dishrags or soap. Toilet leaked. One room had only 2 twin beds and was supposed to have 1 queen and 1 twin. One room was supposed to have a king and only had a queen. Most interior doors would close and /or lock. Queen bed in master was harder than actually sleeping on floor. A/c was preprogrammed to keep going off and auto adjust to 80. Dining chairs are falling apart, kept having to put back together. Living room couch had very visible stains and smelled bad.

Here for a wedding

The place was not in the prettiest area but we knew that going in. It had what we needed to function for a few days as far as towels, linens etc. There was an issue with the shower our first night but the property owner sent someone immediately the next day and we didn't have any other issues. Over all it was a decent place to lay our heads.

Worse house I’ve ever stayed in!

First off when we entered the home the cleaning lady was still there so the house was not ready she told us it would be quick but it took her an hour to finish and all while we waited outside we saw her taking cigarette breaks! Second, the yard could use some cleaning up we found several shell casings on the floor yet you can barely see where your stepping with all the leaves everywhere. I stepped in mud way too many times than I should have because there’s no driveway there’s really no where to park. Third, one of the front neighbors was SUPER nosey! There were a couple of times she would just sit at her front porch and just blatantly stare at us when we were outside. Weird. Fourth, the thermostat for the AC/heater did not work! It was broken! Fifth, it’s a duplex type house so one EARLY morning all we could hear is a very loud long argument coming from next door. Sixth, the hot water in one of the showers was leaking continuously with no way to stop it so hot water wouldn’t really last. Seventh, there was a couple of broken things in the house already my husband fixed one of there light fixtures that looked like it was about to fall. Their hand and dish soap was super watered down. Be prepared to buy the things you need like trash bags, napkins, toilet paper etc they have very limited things like not many kitchen utensils they didn’t even have a mop to clean our own messes. I had to use a towel for a spill because there wasn’t even napkins! I don’t think this house was worth the price.

Beds misrepresent

The property did not have a king bed as promised and the queen in master bedroom was as hard as a floor. We thought it was a box spring so we took linens off to check but it was the hardest mattress we’ve ever seen. We arrived at night and nearly twisted ankles on all the roots in the yard and walkways were covered in oak pollen. No off street parking provided. Microwave turned on when door opened so seemed a hazard but landlord replaced it. Kitchen only had one coffee cup. Although he promised, landlord did not replace bed so we ended up leaving at 8 pm and asked for a refund.

This place had roaches all over, what you see in the pictures before you book is not what it is. It smelled bad, the wifi didn't work and in general it was not worth the price.
