Girls getaway

Loved the easy check in and location. We really felt safe as well, because of the gate.We shared a night visiting with our neighbor Faye . Girl talk and laughter added to our stay.

Hidden Gem!

This is an amazing rental. First, the owners are quick to answers any questions or concerns (which I had none). The rental is very clean and well stocked with any needed items you may need for your stay. Beach access is a quick 100 yard walk across the gated parking lot. Walking distance to 5 or 6 great restaurants / pubs. Overall if I could have given 10 stars I would have.

Home away from home!!

It was an amazing get-a-way for my husband and I!! We really enjoyed the time away from the busy day to day life. The beach was absolutely beautiful.

We enjoyed this unique spot. It was right off the beach with a private beach access point. The place was well decorated and they made the most of the space. It was extremely clean and well maintained.

Super clean, Beach front access

This small but very fresh and clean place was perfect for two people just steps from the beach. We enjoyed the location and there was plenty of restaurants/coffee shops to walk to.

Girls Shopping Trip 2024

This property was great!! It has been redone beautifully The only drawback is it isn't facing the beach, but that was our fault for not paying attention to that when booking. It is a fabulous condo! There is also a sweet lady that actually lives next door, so she can give you great advice on restaurants etc!!! Thanks for a wonderful weekend!!

Had surgery at Mayo Clinic spent day before on beach and had 10 minute drive to clinic rather than 2.5 hours. House was clean and beach was beautiful. Enjoyed designated parking spot

Pure Comfort

We could not have been happier with the property. For the last two years we’ve ended up coming to Jax Beach twice a year and have yet to stay somewhere that we would 100% come back to, until now! The home itself was so clean and stocked with anything we could need. Being in a gated community was a nice touch. The location is great and we were able to walk to get our coffee and dinners. Gary & Rachael’s communication was great! 10/10 experience all around!

Cute Little Place

We were here for The Donna Marathon and location was perfect as it was directly on the race route. The building itself is an old renovated motel where an upstairs and downstairs unit were combined to form one "condo". The unit was recently remodeled and seems to have been stripped to the studs as everything looked and felt "new". When we needed help the owner was quick to respond. Was great for our weekend getaway and would stay for the race again! Thanks!

Review of my 2 day stay

The condo was clean and updated. Access to the beach was great. The beach amenities in condo were convenient. Communication with owner was easy thru the VRBO app. The binder with food selections was helpful. The bed is abit too firm for my liking. The ac unit filters needed to be clean Some improvement in the weather stripping around the doors is needed for drafts. The winding staircase could be an issue if you have balance issue. We enjoyed our stay and would consider staying again in the future.

Great stay overall!

Overall we had a great stay & experience! Communication was great, fantastic location, the unit itself was very nice & clean & had everything we could possibly need (appliances, wine bottle opener, plates, silverware, bathroom toiletries, etc.), and the host was very nice and accommodating. The only reason I didn’t give 5 stars was due to a technical issue we experienced with the electronic lock on the door. We drove in from out of town and got in around 1:30am, but found that the lock had a malfunction where the access code we were given did not work, so we could not enter the unit to be able to stay there for the 1st night of our trip. While initially we were very frustrated and upset that we had to drive around to try to find a hotel that had a room available for the night at the late hour, our host was extremely apologetic and issued a full refund for our entire trip to make up for the inconvenience! They even made sure to go to the unit to fix the lock and ensure the access code would work for us prior to us returning from the hotel. Technical issue aside, I would definitely recommend this unit and host and would absolutely book this again in the future :)

Easy Stay and Location

The overall experience was great. Check-in and access to the place was easy. Inside was clean and modern. It literally was a 30 yard walk to the beach path over the dunes. The beach area was relatively uncrowded compared to closer to the pier. Easy access to JAX Beach shopping and Atlantic Beach shopping. Pool was clean. We would happily stay there again.The one piece of info to know is that to get to the upstairs from the inside you go up a narrow spiral metal staircase. If you are large or have balance issues, it would be difficult. You can access the upstairs from the outside porch via a regular staircase, however.
