This beautiful Oceanfront Oasis is exactly where you want to spend your next visit to Jacksonville Beach! A lot of sunlight, feel the breeze, listen to the ocean waves, take in the beautiful views of the Atlantic Ocean! Head down the back stairs, open the gate and your toes are in the sand! Enjoy your morning coffee or evening beverage on the balcony while taking in these beautiful views!

The open living & kitchen areas are roomy and well appointed with cozy furnishings, all of the kitchen items you will need for cooking and a very large Smart TV to enjoy some programming. Be sure to bring your subscription info for Hulu, Amazon, Netflix, etc.. Free WIFI (Gigabit Extra!) so you can stay connected as much as you'd like. Slide open the balcony doors and let the sea breeze waft over you. Just off of the living area is a beautiful bedroom suite with a comfortable King Size bed to curl up in for a good nights sleep! **Our dining table chairs are now white instead of blue!

There is a nice closet area for your belongings as well as the Bathroom with full tub/shower combo. We also include a few beach chairs, beach towels and boogie boards for you to use during your stay. One less thing to pack!

**Please note - they are currently doing exterior maintenance on the building and prepping for exterior painting! We are told that this work may be noisy & dusty at times. We are told that this work will continue until later in May. They are moving around the building and as of April - are finishing up in front of our unit and then will be moving on. We will update!

Laundry facilities are available in unit. Some amenities are nearby - an additional fee may be required. Golf, Bike Rental, Boat Rental, etc.

**Parties are strictly prohibited - as noted in the rental agreement. Penalties will be enforced. The property is monitored by Noise Aware as noted in the booking agreement. Pets are not allowed by guests and is strictly enforced. Any penalties due to non-compliance will be the responsibility of the guests along with a $500 fine.

This Condo is on the 2nd floor and requires climbing one flight of stairs to enter. There is not an elevator on property.

It is unlawful for a sexual offender or sexual predator to occupy this residence in violation of section 775.215, Florida Statues precluding such residency within 1,000 feet of any school, child care facility, park, or playground.

ARRIVAL & DEPARTURE
Guest Arrival is anytime 4pm EST or after. If the property is approved for early arrival, you will receive a message letting you know you can arrive early and we will activate the door code. If you do not receive a message, then the arrival will remain at 4pm EST.

Guest Departure is anytime 10am EST or before. If you have not departed by this time and do not have written prior approval for a late departure, you will be assessed a $50 late departure fee for every 30 minute delay. The Cleaning Services we use schedule their teams for multiple cleans in advance and any unplanned delays create issues. With unscheduled/unapproved late departures, they are required to bring in additional team members to assist, which incurs a higher cost that must be charged. Any requests made for a late departure must be made a minimum of 24 hours in advance of departure time and are subject to approval/availability.
