Clientele need to know this is above a street full of bars and restaurants that include loud, raucous groups on the sidewalk below the loft. Loud shouting and racing cars didn’t stop until 2:30 AM.

Overall, we loved the place. It has a great downtown vibe but of course that comes with some late night noise. We didn’t mind as we liked being close to everything Lawrence has to offer. We would definitely stay there again

This is a great location near shops and restaurants. However, the street noise is very loud at night until 2 a.m. even with earplugs. The Keurig really needs to be cleaned. If you do not want tap water, you’ll need to bring bottled water. I’d say the place is relatively clean.

This apartment is very spacious and has all of the items you'd need to cook in the large kitchen. The location is unbeatable! The bedrooms overlook the street so it can get pretty loud. The host provides white noise machines in the rooms, which help.
