A recently remodelled hideaway cottage only 2 short blocks from the heart of Downtown Dunedin? Palms Cottage is a 2 bed 2 bath quietly situated behind its sister rental, Pickets Cottage. This home away from home offers the perfect blend of peaceful privacy and âlocation, location, locationâ. Enjoy a modern, fresh decor with a fun pops of Florida colors and spacious, light-filled rooms.

- Fully-equipped kitchen with new stainless appliances
- King bedroom with a smart TV and workspace with desk
- Queen bedroom with en-suite bathroom (with walk-in shower)
- Hall bath (with shower over tub)
- Spacious living room with smart TV (Netflix and Youtube TV included)
- Separate dining room with seating for 4
- Laundry room with washer/dryer/iron and ironing board
- Fully air conditioned home (Central air)
- Private back yard with outdoor seating, fire pit and grill
- Off-street parking for 2 small-medium size cars
Walk 2 short blocks to Main St to enjoy a great mix of restaurants, bars, breweries & boutiques. Or why not walk, run or cycle some of the 37-mile Pinellas Trail located only one block away from the cottage. Drive 15 minutes south to enjoy the fun of Clearwater Beach or 15 minutes north to lap up the beauty of Honeymoon Island beach, from where you can take a hourly ferry to the paradise island of Caladesi. The location doesn't get much better for enjoying all the delights of Dunedin - voted one of America's best walkable small towns!
Pet Policy: Small dogs only (under 25lbs) are considered. Breed and size must be declared on booking. Pet fees apply.

2. Security cameras are located on the exterior of the property. Two are idirected at the entrance, parking spaces and driveway and the second is located at the rear of the property overlooking the rear entrances.

Palms Cottage is one of 2 rental cottages (check out Pickets Cottage property ID 1182819) located at the same address in Dunedin. The cottages may share the same driveway but otherwise they are private from one another.
Why Dunedin? Originally from the UK, my husband and I visited much of Florida before choosing to call Dunedin home. During our decade of living in the town we particularly enjoyed its friendly, hospitable people and the many fun activities to enjoy both in downtown and on the water. Combine this with the easy driving distances to Clearwater Beach, St Petersburg and Tampa and its no surprise why Dunedin is such a well-loved town and an increasingly popular destination for travelers looking for that village feel on the water.
As Owner and host, I will be your main point of contact throughout your stay (available day or night by phone/text) with a ready, willing and able on-the-ground team available to assist you locally if the need arises. Be assured we will do our utmost to cater to your needs and ensure your stay is a happy one.
