This is a very large, gorgeous condo. It was perfect for our family of 4. The location on the lagoon is so nice!!! My husband loved bird watching from the upstairs balcony. It looks just as pictured. The beds were super comfortable. It was very convenient to downtown Carlsbad and other local attractions.

Overall a nice property with a relaxing view of the lagoon. The location was great as it was a pretty easy walk to Carlsbad Village. Ross was very quick to respond to all queries which was appreciated. The only negative was the lack of AC. For most of the year it is likely not an issue. Unfortunately we booked during a heat wave in August and the property was pretty warm even with all the windows open and multiple fans running.

Unfortunately this unit had no air conditioning which would have been fine if we were directly on the ocean. The downstairs back bedroom was stifling and I was not able to sleep in that bedroom. They said that air conditioners are not allowed but there are other options. Sadly, I will not be booking again.

Gillade inte: Läge
Access to the property from the underground garage was extremely difficult. The elevator was out of order so luggage and groceries had to be carried up 3 flights of stairs. My wife has Multiple Sclerosis and taking the stairs was very difficult for her every time we had to leave the property. According to a permanent resident the elevator hasn't been operating for quite some time. Had we been made aware of that we would not have rented this property.

Ross’s place was perfect! Close enough to everything (5 min drive in any direction to the village or beach). Couldn’t beat those sunset views over the lagoon. Will be staying again 100%

Overall the place was great. It was advertised with AC, but we couldn’t find thermostat. There were tiny ants in bathrooms and kitchen Also the faucet in master shower need replacing it sprays all over. Location was great and it had nice furniture to sit outside.
