Excellent single storey house, located in the Hortovillas Condominium, in Vilas do Atlântico, where it has a great boardwalk for walking, beach huts, acarajé baianas and natural pools.

My space has a great outdoor area with a swimming pool, a gourmet terrace and a large green area. In addition, it has a living room with Smart TV, Wi-Fi, full kitchen and 3 bedrooms (2 suites).

We take care of the apartment with all the affection and care in order to provide you with the greatest comfort and the best possible stay.

*We provide bed and bath linen for your stay with us;

**Consumption of water and electricity is charged according to consumption at the end of the stay;

***A deposit of R$900.00 must be paid. It must be made via bank transfer within 7 days after confirming the reservation and the refund will be within 7 working days after check-out (For New Year's Eve reservations the deposit will be doubled);

****It will be necessary to send the documents of all guests for registration and release at the concierge/property.

Vilas do Atlântico is an excellent place to get in touch with nature and to relax. Due to its proximity to the airport, it is a great option for those who want to enjoy their beach vacations and do not want to go to distant places.

- Buraquinho Beach: 2.8km on foot / 3.3km by car;
- Pier XV: 2.8km on foot / 3.4km by car;
