Charming duplex unit located on private road! Rent one side to sleep 4, or both to sleep 8! Only .3 miles to Glendon Road beach. Primary bedroom and living room have window air conditioning. Located right down the road ( .2 mile) from Private Deeded Beach shared by some of the homes on Uncle Rolf Road. Includes WiFi, microwave, toaster, coffeepot, gas grill, and outdoor seating.

Walking distance to seasonal favorites, including the Dog House, Chapins Fish and Chips beach bar, Bandera's, Southside Cantina, What's the Scoop ice cream, Cleat and Anchor, One Stop and the Sailing Cow! There is no shortage of options at this location!

Charming cottage on a lovely street

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a wonderful stay at our rental. The charming cottage was clean and well decorated. Many convenient and thoughtful items made it feel like home. Pretty backyard with a great outdoor shower for post beach enjoyment. AC units were clutch since we had a hot week. Great rental.

Beach, Eat, Sleep, Repeat

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Always a pleasure working with Martha Murray! This property was a great fit for our party of three adults and one child. We were grateful to be able to check in early and arrive to a comfortable and adequately clean, albeit a little cluttered, cottage. We loved having the backyard space for our 5 y.o to run around and play in and an outside table to eat at. Similarly, the front porch was a wonderful spot for morning coffee and reading.The beach access was absolutely perfect for days we didn't want to adventure to other beaches. It was very well maintained, especially compared to the neighboring association beaches, with plenty of space even at high tide.The biggest con was the shower. We love an outdoor shower and look forward to using them, however the door didn't latch correctly so you either spent a good deal of time trying to get it to stay shut (or open, once you're in there), or you accepted you'll be showering in your bathing suit due to lack of privacy. The shower inside the home was incredibly small and awkwardly placed in the bathroom, so there were no great options.Additionally, the AC in the main living area was very dirty when we arrived. We actually took some of it apart to wipe it down and clean the filter because we could not in good consciousness turn it on as is. All in all, we would absolutely return to this cottage. We had a very relaxing stay and it is truly a great fit if you just need simple and comfortable place to sleep, eat, and get to the beach. A few simple fixes would make it five stars in our book.
