The cottage was perfect. The location is great to be able to drive in either direction up and down the Cape. There is a beach a short walking distance from the cottage and in the opposite direction is an outdoor seafood/ ice cream place. Cottage is perfect size for 2 with full kitchen. We purchased two cork backed placemats for the table and left them there for future renters. Eager to come back next year.

This cottage was the perfect getaway. A quick five-minute walk to the beach means you will enjoy sunrises and sunsets over the water every day. The private outdoor shower on the patio made beach visits a breeze. The cottage had a well-equipped kitchen and comfortable furniture and beds. It is important to point out that linens and paper products were not supplied. We had friends nearby who loaned us the linens we needed, but if you are flying into the area, you'll want to plan for this. We highly recommend this cottage and look forward to returning in the future!

The cottage we rented from Jason was perfect for us. Everything was as described. The kitchen was well stocked and the sheets and blankets were soft and comfortable. The unit itself was a little on the old side, but everything worked fine. It was also easy getting in touch with Jason when I needed to. The property and neighborhood was beautiful and very quiet. There was also a beach at the end of the road which you could walk to. The only negative I would say is that the couch could be replaced and also the shower stall. All in all we were both very satisfied and would definitely stay there again.

Cape Stay

Great place for my solo trip to the Cape! The condo was cozy, had everything I needed, and clean. The little bunny living on property gave an extra star for sure. Host was very responsive to messages. Close enough to lots of major beaches and just a walk away from a really beautiful sunset ocean spot. I would absolutely stay here again!

The furniture was kind of old. And the shower felt like the floor would break through. Perfect location for us. It was an awesome trip. Thank you( maybe cut the bush in front of the porch)

The unit, located in “Gull Colony,” was one of about 6 or 7 small condos mostly unoccupied, which felt a little weird. However, it was quiet! Good location in that it was less than 1/2 mile walk from the beach. Unit was comfortable but could use some updates.

Jason answered me right away about how to get in. He was willing to give me an early check in and confirmed that the cleaning crew was done, however the toilet, shower and floors were not clean. It was very quiet and a good location.

Great place to stay on the cape

The house is in a great location being close to all of Brewsters amenities but also having a beach at the end of the road. We didn't get to use the kayaks as the weather was great, but it was good to know they were available for us. We had everything we needed in the house and it was better than we expected. As it was just the two of us we didn't try the pull out bed. Even though we were there in the bad weather the house stayed nice and warm. We would come back here.

Some surprises

LR furniture was not what is shown in ad. There is a couch and a recliner - both very saggy. I messaged the manager prior to booking to see if the walkway to the beach was walker-friendly. I stated that I use a walker. He gave an accurate description of the terrain, but neglected to tell me that the condo itself is NOT walker-friendly. It was quite a surprise to find that it was impossible to get a walker in either the front or back door, or into the bathroom. Fortunately, my husband was able to assist me and the walker stayed in the car.

This owner needs to take a little more pride in his property. The reason I even said that it was “ok” was because of the location. 5 minute walk to the beach, 5 minute walk to food and shops. The place desperately cries for some tlc and lighting. If you plan on reading or doing any kind of work be sure to pack lights.

Location, location, location! Loved that Paines Creek Beach was a short walk away, loved how easy it was to get to the rail trail. Beautiful sunsets! Easy dealing with the host, quick to respond, great communication. Will definitely stay here again.
