Less than 10 minutes form I-10, you can quickly head to Palm Springs, nearby casinos and other Coachella Valley destinations.

GOOD NEIGHBOR POLICY: You agree to abide by all rules and regulations set forth by local ordinances, which includes a âGood Neighbor Policyâ. You are advised to keep in mind that vacation rental properties are located in quiet, private neighborhoods. Please respect our neighbors. Anyone found to be violating noise ordinances of the City or HOA will be subject to an initial $500 fine followed by a possible eviction in egregious circumstances. Guests will not be issued any refund for issues related to noise ordinance violations. Possible violations include, without limitation, sound amplification outdoors, over occupying parking areas, over occupying rental Property, and failing to follow your Agreement with Manager HOA Rules and Regulations allow for 24-hour quiet enjoyment of homeowner's Property. There are no parties allowed at this Property. This Agreement and Guest's reservation is subject to the Governing Documents of the HOA and/or City where the Property is located.
- Noise from radios, music instruments, loudspeakers, sound amplifiers, and âany machine, device, or equipment including phonesâ that creates sound audibly outside of the rental home is prohibited after 9pm Sunday through Thursday and after 10pm Friday and Saturday per city rules and in respect of the neighbors.
- Pool with spa heating available at $75 per day including spa or spa only at $35 a night. Maximum temperature allowed for pool is 86 degrees, 104 degrees for the spa. There is a 14-consecutive day minimum for pool and/or spa heating scheduling.
- One small dog allowed with $150 non-refundable deposit. Please do not allow the dog on any furniture or bedding and ensure to pickup their droppings.
- Post stay housekeeping is for five hours. Any additional time needed will be charged to the guest in half hour increments at $90hr. Guest paid mid-cleanings are available if you would like cleaning performed during your stay.
- Guests staying longer than one month are required to either purchase a mid-cleaning from Blue Coachella Vacation Rental Management, with or without laundry service, or have professional maid service completed once a month for upkeep.
- No mail box access is available. When placing an Amazon order kindly instruct them to deliver to Front Door and not on Sundays. USPS service is not available for guests. Use Fedex or UPS for front door deliveries.
- A vacation rental agreement must be completed before arrival and guests are required to provide a copy of their drivers license at check-in.
Local vacation rental management group Blue Coachella provides peace-of-mind check-in service, onsite and/or phone assistance during your stay, and professional housekeeping services. Guest paid periodic mid-cleanings are available during your stay.

We are an outdoor family of 6 who loves to camp, hike, go to the beach and snow ski. We all love music. We live in San Diego and own a cabin in Big Bear along with this recently purchased desert home. With our kids getting older we bought this house thinking long term for when Jeff retires. Chasing the sun in the desert, mountains and sea.
Varför vÀrden valde detta boende
We love the single story and layout of the house and not to mention the great backyard with views of the mountains. Avenue 49 is a little busy in the morning but Orchard Estates is overall a quiet little community. The house is close to all kinds of shopping. Grocery, Trader Joes, Target, Home Depot, LowesâŠall of it.
