Njut av komforten i denna vackra vattnet två sovrum, två badrum lägenhet. Vår enhet (bottenvåningen) ligger på en av de större kanalerna i Cape Coral och har alla bekvämligheter för att njuta av en underbar semester. Enheten har en skärmad-i Lanai utanför vardagsrummet där man kan sitta och titta på båtarna går av eller bara njuta av den vackra vindar blåser på handflatorna. Strax utanför finns ett stort däck med en tiki hydda för avkoppling och solbad. Du kan fiska utanför detta däck eller en av fyra båthamnar för din användning. Den uppvärmda poolen ligger precis ovanför däck som delas med endast 7 andra enheter.

Great Stay

Easy to reach the owner and to have access to the condo. People staying at the condo were very pleasant and fun. Condo is very spacious and clean. It was great to have access to pool things and chairs to bring to the beach. It was clean and comfortable.

Nice & Quiet

We had a great time, stayed a week and went to Ft. Meyer Beach, Sanibel Island, pine Island. Nice place Jeff has, had everything we needed.

Excellent Condo

This is a very nice condo in a excellent location. We were able to fish off of docks. Close to everything. Only thing that I would recommend to the owner, the beach chairs should be updated. It was everything advertised and more. We would recommend and would stay again

Fine location, but the condo was Old, Worn and Dirty

We arrived and found a unit that was not ready for guests. We immediately contacted the manager and VRBO support. Black mold on the on the inside of windows and window frames. The bathroom light, kitchen light and garbage disposal all didn't work and the kitchen faucet just trickled. Dirt on the window sills and black dirt on the ceiling fans. The screened in porch and outdoor furniture were absolutely filthy. Old towels and matted, dirty bathroom rugs. We had friends who were going to stay with us, but they went to a hotel instead. On a positive note, the on-site contact, Mike, was very helpful and courteous. We left the unit on Sunday so he could do repairs and then we left again on Tuesday so he could bring in a cleaning crew. We appreciated his efforts. It was definitely better, however it still needs to be refreshed, deep cleaned and updated. We left a few days early and stayed with some friends at another VRBO property. It was a disappointing experience and not worth the rental price we paid. We were offered nothing for these issues or our inconvenience.

Travel Nurse-Extended Stay

The Waterfront Condo was peaceful and enjoyable. We were able to relax with plenty of privacy. The sun deck was fantastic and we had several visitors including dolphins and gators. My husband and I also enjoyed fishing and taking a nice dip in the pool on occasion. Jeff and his dad were excellent. Our only issue was ants which are pretty common in Florida so no biggie. Thanks for a great stay!

Perfect Get Away Spot

Just returned home from 3 fabulous weeks at this beautiful condo, peaceful, gorgeous setting with a huge deck to sit by the canal and relax, watching the boats go by. Condo was very well equipped with everything you could possibly need plus! Very clean, the king bed was so comfortable, the shower was great and the owner was very quick to address any concerns, which were minor. Would definitely recommend this condo to anyone who may be looking for the perfect spot! We loved it so much that we already booked it for next January for a month!

Look No Further!

We stayed at this two bedroom condo for a week in July and couldn't ask for a nicer place to stay! It was clean, comfortable and well maintained. It had everything we needed and more at a very affordable price. Loved the lanai with canal view, the deck with tiki hut, and the pool. The location is accessible to many of the gulf coast beaches, restaurants and shopping. Jerry was great to work with and provided information such as driving directions and nearby places to visit. He was always available by phone call or email to answer any questions. We definitely made the right choice and would not hesitate to stay here again!

Scenic and well-equipped

This waterfront condo contained everything we might possibly need for our vacation, including beach chairs and even fishing rods! We truly appreciated the extra touches, like the supply of coffee filters and free wifi. We enjoyed sitting on the lanai and watching the boats drive by. Our first VRBO experience was a very good one.
