Private studio with separate entrance in historic neighborhood. Less than 10 min drive to Denver Health Medical Center, downtown, Broncos Stadium, Ball Arena, Performing Arts, Coors Field. Walkable to breweries, coffee shops, restaurants, SoBo, and Santa Fe Arts District. One block to the Moss and two blocks to the Space Gallery (wedding venues). Easy access to major freeways and RTD. 500 mbps WiFi, fully equipped kitchen, washer/dryer, easy street parking.
The Space
This highly functional studio is equipped with full kitchen, including stove/oven, dishwasher, microwave, and refrigerator; and fully stocked with cooking and eating equipment. Significant cabinet and closet space. Flooded with natural light. It has everything you need for a comfortable stay! For your convenience coffee, tea and paper products supplied to get you started but are not replenished throughout the stay.
Guest Access
Guests may enjoy the courtyard if they don't mind my dog hanging out there as well. (Guests pets are not allowed in the courtyard as my dog does not get along well with all dogs.)

This studio is very well designed and a perfect place for a night or two while enjoying all the great things Denver has to offer or for a month or more if you're working remotely, transitioning to/from Denver, or traveling for work or other reasons. It's your home away from home!

I've put a lot of effort into making sure you have everything you need when staying at my place so that you can relax and enjoy your time here. And if anything is missing, I live in the main house on the property so am available to assist you.
