A five minute drive to the State Fairgrounds for our week at OYE. Perfect for early mornings and late nights. The four bedrooms and three bathrooms enabled our group to get ready and out of the house fast. The two large living and den areas allowed everyone to hang out comfortably.

Birthday Celebration

Location was easy to find. Parking in the driveway only a few steps to the front door. The owner has this home well supplied compared to others. Master bedroom was upstairs, beds were all very comfortable. The kitchen had all the pots and pans and utensils we needed and more. The backyard play area was great for the three littles to blow off some steam!

Bridal Shower

We rented this house for my daughter’s bridal shower. The house was adorable and very comfortable. The only thing we couldn’t find in the kitchen was a good knife but we made it work. We had a small issue but the property manager took care of it immediately.
