Offering mountains views, and close to everything (Livermore Wine country featuring some of the best Cabernet in the world) SF, OAK all 25 min away!. This large 800 sq ft guest space is completely remodeled for comfort and privacy. Top of the line bathroom fixtures and decor. For Fitness we have excellent trails for hiking & running. 2 Airports! SFO & OAK (20 min from both). 10min away from Bart. Even a petting Zoo to explore 5min away

Large expansive furnished living room with custom cabinetry, and granite wet bar. Spacious remodeled bedroom featuring brand new queen bed, and crown molding throughout. Large bathroom with walk in shower featuring floor to ceiling custom tile work and top of the line bathroom fixtures and decor. Washer & Dryer, Kitchenette, Microwave, Iron, included. 2 miles from Cal State East Bay. Great for visiting professor, or guest lecturer.
