Newly renovated and noise-free apartment, it is located in a quiet area of Casco Viejo. We have another 8 apartments in the same building, being totally private and perfect to enjoy.

It consists of kitchen, living / dining room, comfortable double bed of 1.50cm and double sofa bed so that 4 people can sleep perfectly and a large bathroom.

You can walk to the main hotspots, as well as the best restaurants, shops and clubs.

The apartment consists of:

- Lounge / dining room perfect to enjoy meals, work or rest after a long day of sightseeing. Composed by a dining table, sofa, armchair, 50-inch TV, etc.

- Bedroom with 1,50cm bed with visco elastic mattress very comfortable, prepared with bedding (sheets, pillows, bedspreads, etc). In addition to having a sofa bed for 2 people prepared with their own set of sheets.

- Fully equipped kitchen with everything you need to prepare your own dishes. You have: crockery, cutlery, glasses, cups, pans, pots, etc. In addition to: ceramic hob, microwave, refrigerator, freezer, coffee maker, etc.

- Large bathroom consisting of a renovated shower, wc, sinks, towel rails, towel pack for each guest, kit of amenities (shampoo, gel, etc.).

- Private terrace with views of the old part of the old town, consisting of chairs and tables for breakfast or dinner outdoors.

Access to the apartments is by stairs.
We have high speed internet.
All TVs are smart tv so they connect to your netflix account.

Walk through Casco Viejo on foot, if you want to visit the Malls or another place in the city of Panama, have the 24-hour taxi service.

If on the day of departure we do not have other guests that are going to arrive you can leave later than 12:00h, we are flexible in this aspect.
However, if we have guests that enter that day then it would be necessary to comply with the departure time before 12:00h.


- DEPOSIT: The deposit is only an approval that is made through airbnb, it isn’t nothing cash.
The money doesn’t remove it from the credit card in any time, just in case of having an incident (for example a little incident breaking something of the apartment) we would have to make arrangement with Airbnb and by consent of both sydes would withdraw the amount of the repair of your credit card, but it would have to be prior consent of the two sydes.

- Airport connection: we will give you the necessary directions to arrive and also if you wish we have a pick-up service at the airport that is totally economical, fast and safe.
