A private beach access point is mere steps from this three-story townhouse at Beach Pointe, wonderfully located just off Scenic Highway 98 in Destin.

This HOA community is perfectly situated for surfers, swimmers, and beach-goers, offering an outdoor pool on the grounds and a gated beach access staircase across the road. In the immediate area, you can tee off at the Emerald Bay Golf Club (two miles north), shop at Destin Commons (two miles northwest), or spend a beautiful morning at Henderson Beach State Park (three miles west).

Greet each breezy, balmy day outside on the main-floor deck, where a high-top table awaits your morning coffee, evening cocktails, and everything in between.

The main living space is polished and comfortable, centered around an elegant kitchen with richly hued cabinetry and stainless steel appliances. Enjoy a spacious dining area and a living room with a cable TV for after-dinner movies. The three bedrooms have their own TVs as well, including a primary suite with a private balcony and a guest room that opens to a patio downstairs. Complimentary WiFi and a private washer/dryer are on hand as well.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

We could only see a sliver of the beach at our townhouse, because of the distance and angle. The townhouse was clean and worked for us. The kids loved the heated pool. I am glad the hoa keeps it warm. Some do not. We were outside of the busier parts of Destin, yet close enough to easily visit various restaurants . It was great. If I had to be critical, Id say the only negatives are the distance to the dumpster from the units and that there are no blankets on the beds- just sheets. Those were not big deals for us, but may be for some people. We had fun and would go back again!

Great week with the family.

Overall we enjoyed ourselves and the stay was excellent, however I need you’ll to invest in a safe grill for future guests.

Dirty and uncomfortable

The home was very close to the beach and was a great location for a vacation. The home itself needs much improvement. Very uncomfortable and dirty beds, dirty floors and dishes. Two cockroaches were killed during our stay. Garbage was left by previous renters and not taken care of. Overall, not very happy with the home itself.

Great get away

Delightful Destin Destination!

Our group of 4 adults 6 children enjoyed our two night stay. We were looking for a couple nights near the beach within our budget and Beach Pointe 301 really delivered! The home was comfortable and the starter sets of cleaning and bathroom supplies were really nice since we were only staying a couple days. We were very near the beach access point and though I worried about crossing the road with kids to reach the beach it didn't feel treacherous at all. Reaching out to the staff with questions was very easy and they were always quick to respond. Downsides were we felt like there weren't enough blankets to go around - the beds had thin blankets and we couldn't find blankets for the sleeper sofas but thankfully we had brought a few with us so it wasn't a problem but just something others might plan for when coming. Also, even though we had access to the beach there was a narrow section in between cones where we were allowed to walk and sit. There were guards on duty to either side of the access point that had us move. You are allowed to walk and play in the water but not further up on the beach because it is only for use of those staying along the beach and not across the road. It wasn't a problem for us because the beach wasn't terribly crowded when we visited but I imagine it could be problematic during peak season.

Family Time

The property was a great get away with easy access to a beautiful beach. Rooms were spacious and space was great for my family. Access to house and the beach was easy/seamless and house was clean. We would have valued a little more in the way of kitchen utensils and serving/cooking dishes, and the grill that was noted in the description was non-existent. Would definitely choose this space again! Thanks!
