This house was perfect for our vacation. It is directly across from the beach access. It’s an 8 minute walk to the village, which is really nothing, just about a block and a half. The house had everything we needed-beach chairs, boogie boards, wagon, bikes, even beach towels. The pool is great for afternoons away from the beach. Loved this spot!

This home was perfect for our family of 10! The kitchen was so well stocked with everything you would need. I think the best feature was the additional refrigerator in the garage, as well the beach wagons. We absolutel loved this home and would go back again!

Great stay in Siesta Key

The property was great, very spacious and clean. Location was across the street from the beach and just a few minutes walk to the restaurants.

Great home. Plenty of room for your entire family. Beds were extremely comfortable. Well equipped kitchen to cook exceptional meals. Great location less than a 1/4 mile from the center of siesta keys village. Oh yeah, and the host was incredibly responsive. Overall a great option for large groups.

Siesta Family Vaca

It was perfect! We had 6 adults and 3 children under 2 and everyone had their own space.

Location is top notch. Close to beach access points and siesta village shops and restaurants. Property managers were very attentive. Pool was kept clean. Large kitchen and master bedroom. We weren’t aware it was a shared townhouse and this listing is the back half of the house so the ocean views are obstructed. There is also no furniture on the rooftop deck and you must walk through the bonus bedroom to get to it. The listing stated there was a spa as well as the pool, but the spa is not heated so it is just an area to sit in the pool. Just wanted to clarify this for future guests as this was a bit unclear on the listing.

The property exceeded expectations. The communication from the property manger was prompt and thoughtful. The kitchen was well stocked w supplies for all kinds of cooking. The bedrooms and bathrooms were spacious w plenty of linens. The beds were comfortable and the elevator was helpful w luggage and older relatives.

Perfect beach get away

We loved the house. The description was a bit off. Only 1 king bed and the top floor bedroom not having an attached bathroom or bedroom door for that matter was a bit disappointing. The property manager was great and so responsive. Laundry baskets in each bedroom and more hangers would be great additions.

Gorgeous house close to the beach

The house accommodated 9 people really well. The stairs are a pain to go up and down though. The furniture is outdated for such a beautiful house. We had to wait 10 minutes past our check in time because the cleaning crew was not done cleaning. The bathrooms could of used a better cleaning. Overall the house is close to the beach only 10 minutes walk and we enjoyed our stay.

Another wonderful week in beautiful Siesta Key!

Perfect location to beach and village. The house has a lot of nice upgrades. Well stocked with small appliances, utensils, glassware, etc. Beds were super comfortable. The elevator was a definite plus since there are 4 floors. Pool was nice to have- plenty of patio loungers/furniture. Garage stocked with extra refrigerator, beach wagon, umbrella, 2 bikes, 4 beach chairs, grill.Suggestions: pool walls/floor could use a good cleaning- appeared aged compared to neighboring pools.Carpeting throughout the house was stained in places- nothing major and Im sure difficult to keep clean in a rental when the colors are white/creamSupply additional beach chairs- house sleeps 10, 4 chairs aren't nearly enough when traveling from out of stateOverall would recommend this property and would rent again!

Hot bummer in the summer

When we arrived (Monday), the code to door was not working. The mgmt company promptly sent another one. Then we found out that AC is not working on level 3 (master bedroom and other) where I slept. It took multiple communications with the mgmt company and several visits before it was fixed on Thursday. So we had one night with AC out of five (79F in the bedroom and 97 outside). Battery for fan control and water filter needed replacing. And VRBO support line was useless, asked for a "video showing the AC unit in its current non-functional state" in order to decide what to do next. How do you record the lack of freon or warm air breathing from AC?The house is nice and well equipped, with a nice pool and close to the beach, except - see above.In April, our reservation in Poland was canceled abruptly. Overall, a rotten experience.
