Very quite beautiful view and comfortable safe house and very close to airport, Gaylord Rockies Hotel, stores and restaurants. Very quiet and respectful neighborhoods.

Do Not Reserve!

Less than 24 hours before my arrival my reservation was cancelled. I had messaged the host a few days before about check in and did not hear back until a message saying the reservation was cancelled. There was ample time to communicate and let me find alternative lodging. This was infuriating and unacceptable.

Perfect home base for conference

Our team stayed here during a conference at the Gaylord and it was a perfect walk each day. Short Uber to many dining options and large common areas to relax each night.

Convenient and great space

Overall, the house was great. We were attending a conference at the gaylord and it was just a 15-20 min walk over to the gaylord (do be aware, you need to cross a small rocky "stream" to get to the walking paths behind the house). We loved that the host had essentials and some snacks already in the kitchen! The space was bigger than we expected, especially the master suite (The closet of the master suite could have been another small room)! The biggest downfall was the AC unit quit working and it made for very uncomfortable sleeping. I had reached out to the host and they said theyd send maintenance, but nothing was fixed the entirity of our stay. Another downfall was the fancy coffee/espresso maker quit working after 2 days also saying it needed to be descaled. I also felt misled prior to arriving. I had asked for early check in and was told we could go as early as 2pm, but didn't receive code until almost normal check in time of 4pm. Overall, it was a great space and I truly appreciated the hosts welcoming touches! However, I just wish maintenence had been able to fix the AC unit and that the coffee machine wasnt so complicated. Would definitely come back there were there were snacks

Close to Gaylord Resort

This was a great property for our group of 5. We had a convention at the Gaylord resort and the property was within walking distance (about 3/4 mile). The property was clean, well maintained and had plenty of space for all of us, despite the fact we didn’t spend much time there with our convention! Communication was timely and I would recommend this property!

Owner is sharing the rental! Not acceptable!

Worst experience at a Vrbo as the owner was also in the house in the basement. There were creepy basement doors with locks and signs saying do not enter. We didn’t know the owner was in the house until we heard loud music and talking where we could hear every word the first day we were there. The house had an awful smell too. We decided to leave our week stay after day 1 to go to a hotel as we didn’t feel safe there. We also asked for a refund for the rest of the days for having falsely advertised the property and the owner said no refunds. I would not recommend!

Work trip - alternative to the Gaylord

We chose this house for its proximity to the Gaylord. The location was extremely convenient to that venue. We were able to commute to the home during lunch breaks and between events. The home is very comfortable and nicely appointed. The property manager/owner was VERY responsive. Generous snacks and bottled beverages were available. Beds were exceedingly comfortable with ample bedding. The neighborhood was clean and appeared safe. Location is a quick drive to several excellent restaurants. This VRBO is an affordable alternative to staying at the resort while allowing four adults to stay comfortably and attend a daylong conference schedule with ease. We drove from out of state, and locating the property was simple. Check-in felt like coming home. We will absolutely stay at this location again when we have future events in the area.

Owner did not disclose they live in basement while guests stay. No isssue what so ever but should disclose

Great house for us and our teenaged daughters

This house was very spacious and had everything we needed! We were in town for a cheer competition at the Gaylord. It was so close to the venue and so nice being steps away without the cost of staying at the resort. The house was very clean and really nice. The giant livingroom, kitchen, diningroom open floor plan was so nice and comfortable to hangout in. We loved it here!

Close to airport

We came in town for a wedding and had to go to airport 3 different times to pick up our kids as they arrived. This place is super close to airport, close to great food options, and the house is very nice & clean. I would definitely stay again.
