Spectacular Gulf View -5 bedroom, 4 1/2 bathroom, 2 story home that sleeps up to 16 - with GREAT RATES!!

Welcome to our beautiful, furnished, well home . Located 1 mile from the beach walkover to Carillon Beach, you will find our custom designed beach home to be just perfect for beachcombers and families who like to relax. We offer the best value for large families and groups and have a nice, private pool, beautifully landscaped yard, and a family sized grill.

Although you will probably want to be outside most of the time soaking in the gorgeous beaches, pool, and environment, this house is set up with flat screen TV's and complete with a CD and DVD player - perfect for a rainy day in! And of course, complimentary WiFi is included!

On the first floor we have our complete kitchen with granite counter tops and a breakfast bar with bar stools. To the side we have a dining room that seats six. The over-sized living room has sofas, love seats, and a queen size pull out sofa bed. The master bedroom is located on the first floor as well and has a King size bed and Jacuzzi as well as a stand in shower. There is also a large walk in closet along with an in unit laundry/washer/dryer. Guests do not have access to garage.

The second floor showcases 3 separate bedrooms, each with a King sized bed and full bath. Two of the bedrooms have large windows facing the Gulf!! The fifth bedroom is kid friendly with 2 separate bunk beds and one trundle bed, also equipped with a full bath.

Our home is located very close to Pier Park Mall, Publix and Windixie grocery stores, plenty of indoor and outdoor restaurants, eateries, and bars.

Great location

Overall we enjoyed our stay and the beach. Perfect weather. Property could use some updates and new patio furniture that’s why I didn’t give it a 5 star. But the property owner was very receptive and addressed all of our issues.

Summer vacation July 2024

Excellent location, easy short walk to the beach. home was very spacious and the pool was used quite a bit. Any issues were quickly resolved by the property owner and his response time was excellent.

Family vacation

This is a great house for our family. Everyone enjoyed the convenience of being close to grocery stores and being able to walk to the beach. The pool is small, but everyone enjoyed the pool. The only issue that we had was that the coffee pot was not clean. We went out and purchased in an expensive coffee pot for the week.

Been coming for three years and its always awesome.

Location is ideal and not very crowded and just sorry won't be there next year someone had already taken our week before we got home. The owner has always been most helpful.

Great location & we loved the house

The house had everything we needed. The location was great, it is right across from the beach entrance that offered plenty of privacy. We didn’t use the pool with the beach being so close but it looked great. Would definitely recommend for a group of friends or family. Next trip we hope to stay longer.

Sunnyside House

We have vacationed here 2 years in a row. We absolutely love the location…less crowded beaches, close to the beach (walking distance), private pool, and plenty of space for our large extended family of 15! The house is always clean when we arrive, and we usually have early check-in! Communication with the property manager is always quick and accommodating. Highly recommend!!

Great Trip Again

This is our second year in a row and we have already booked for next year. That says it all! Plenty of room for everyone. Large enough for all family to gather and also room for quite time. Great location in and out to store and back in no time. Beach was beautiful and no crowds!! In the evening enjoyed the grill while children were in the pool.

Family Vacation

The house is in a quiet location about 15 minutes from the crowd. There is a nice restaurant and grocery store just a few blocks away. The boardwalk for the beach is just across the street and a house or 2 down. The beach is beautiful. It was nice that every bedroom had its own bathroom. We had a great family trip and would rent again for a PCB vacation. Thank you for the rental of your house. Cincinnati, OH

Great Location

This house is across the street but it’s a very short distance to the Public Beach walk way. It was roomy and comfortable for our family of 9. Having the private pool was a special bonus. The decor is dated but the pictures reflect everything accurately. We had some initial issues with cleanliness and appliances but Zohra was extremely responsive and took care of everything quickly. She is excellent to work with! We would stay here again and highly recommend.

Clean and Welcoming

This was an amazing property for just what we needed! A couple of relatives (all girls) and I were looking for a nice, clean, and relaxing place to hang out and catch up. We got just that. There was enough space for all of us to feel comfortable without feeling cramped. This is a large house, so it takes the water a moment to get hot. We will definitely return.

ENJOYED GREAT LOCATION COMING BACK

The 5 bedrooms each with their own bathroom is great to have at the beach! Everyone has their own. The pool is awesome after a day at the beach. Its even partly covered to offer shade to stay out of the sun. Shopping , gas, and drug store minutes away with no traffic. The living room is large enough for everyone to gather. The kitchen has double door closet to store ample food. We all enjoyed and have already reserved for our vacation next year! The owner is easy to work with and responds to all the questions we had.

Our Christmas on the beach

This home was amazing. We had 14 people in our family, 4 generations from 3 to 68 and it was perfect for everyone!! The view from the balcony was amazing every morning and the waves crashing the beach were so relaxing in the evenings. Just a short drive to downtown area and many little stores just around the corner. The beach was amazing and since it was Christmas there wasn't a lot of people so we had the whole beach to ourselves basically. Nadir is a great host we never had any issues but he was quick to check in with us and see if we needed anything. Already planning our trip back in the spring so the grandbabies can swim in the big water and try out that cool pool in the backyard 😊

Perfect Vacay Stay!!

Our group consisted of Dad, Mom (50's) 3 adult kids (19,25, 26), 1 grandchild (3) and Aunt (40's) Very welcoming feel when we arrived. 1 bedroom located on main floor which is perfect for those needing no steps. The 4 rooms upstairs were perfect sizes and fit our parties needs. The pool was perfect and kept that energized 3 year old wore out (he was always supervised). I loved that the property owners had baby proof devices on all doors heading out to the pool, since we had a child with us. We also had our furry familiy with us and found an amazing dog park just a few minutes away as well as a few others just a bit further. This home is perfectly located, close to shopping grocery and pharmacy. We enjoyed our stay and would stay again!

Great Beach House on the West End

We had a great stay at this wonderful home! It was perfect for our family get together. Great location on the quiet west end for us. Grocery Stores only a couple of blocks away. The cross over to the beach was just 2 houses down and we could enjoy views of the water from the upper balcony. We didn't get into the pool as it was a little chilly for us in October, but was a perfect size to float around and keep the kids busy if you didn't want to hit the beach. Every bedroom has its own bathroom which is great for privacy and if you have a large group that is perfect for getting ready quick. Dining area and eat in kitchen area as well so everyone can have a seat if you choose to eat in or play card games if it rains. Love it and if we bring a large group again we will definitely see if this house is available!

A great week!

This house worked our perfect for us. We had originally rented a different (larger) house to accommodate our entire group of 25. As it turns out, that owner cancelled our rental and we ended up renting two house close to each other. This house is very comfortable and is right on Front Beach Road and just across from the public access to the beach. This was our first time to stay in this area and we really enjoyed it - the beach wasn't overly crowded and the grocery was just around the corner. The only downside (a very minor one) is the kitchen could use some more/updated cookware and cooking utensils. All in all I would stay here again and would recommend it to others.

The house is disgusting

Love the location but it stops there. The house when we arrived looked like it hasn’t been cleaned in months. They did send the cleaning lady a couple days later and she moped only the tile floor on the downstairs. Horrible experience I can’t believe other people left good reviews for this property. This is the first review I have ever written. I had ask just for the cleaning fee refunded since we basically had to clean the entire house and the pool area when we arrived. I’m going to try to figure how to submit pics so everyone won’t be surprised when they book this house.

2022 family trip

The home was very roomy. We were allowed to check in a couple hours early, which was very nice of the home owners. There’s updating and little things here and there that need fixed but, nothing that would bother us during our stay. We let the owners know and they actually were happy to send a handy man out. We told them it wasn’t necessary. I would say there needs to be more cooking utensils and cooking pots and pans. It made it very hard to cook for a large group of you eat in. There also needs to be dish towels and clothes as well as hot pads. The small pool was awesome size for the little ones. The walk to the beach was much easier than being at a condo and waiting on elevators and then walking through to get to the boardwalk. Only down fall is there’s not the view of the ocean as you get at a condo.

Family Spring break trip

This is a wonderful property for the rate that's charged! The best part of the property is the closeness to the beach! The manager, Zohra, was very friendly, helpful & easy to contact. The pool was perfect for the little ones. It was a little dirty on our first night but the pool man came & cleaned it the next day without us even asking. We stayed in April, I wish there was an option to pay to heat the pool because it was cold for me, but didn't stop the kids. I would recommend staying here. Lots of space for a group of 16! The only things I would say could improve the property is the amount of silverware/ dishes for a large group (we just bought disposable utensils & cups), the dryer did not heat ( no biggie though it just would've been nice to be able to dry swimsuits & towels but we hung them outside) & one room didn't have remotes, we tried some from the other rooms remotes but they didn't work. Don't let some of the negative reviews stop you from renting this property, I think those people must just have crazy standards because you get a lot for your money here! Thank you for a wonderful trip!

Fantastic Family Vacation Week

This house met every need that my family of 12 needed for our first summer family vacation. 6 adults and 6 children between the ages of 9 and 2 and 1 small granddog all enjoyed the layout, the short walk to the beach, the beach, the pool which we thought may be too small but was perfect for the kids, the quietness of the area and the owner's willingness to answer all questions. The only suggestions that I have for the owner is that he might want to look into getting a better cleaning service. There was old food crumbs, sand and small items under the sofa cushions, several "dust bunnies" around living room sofas b/c of no vacuuming under sofas, items between wall and bunk beds and there were stains on the comforters which were the only thing to use for blankets. A little "deep" cleaning might be in order. Also, when staying a week with this many people, it would be helpful to have access to a vacuum and a GOOD broom. Overall, we had a fantastic week and the house was perfect in every other way. I highly recommend it to anyone that needs lots of space, plenty of bathrooms and easy access to a GORGEOUS beach. Thank you to the owner for checking on us after arrival and for answering all my questions.
