Outstanding views.

The views were to die for even on rainy days. Our German daughter, husband and baby and their friends from California joined my husband and I for a week at this beautiful home up in the mountains. It was a perfect place to share meals, play cards/games and hang out. Enough room to all have our own space.

Mountain top views

Never have stayed at an off the grid place but was very impressed. Quiet and spectacular views! Great place to have our Corporate retreat and close to locations to add a little fun as well.

The Perfect Place!

It was the perfect place for a night away from the city. We enjoyed a sunset fire on the patio with the mountains as a beautiful backdrop and twinkling stars at night . The cabin was spacious and clean. We would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful property

Absolutely loved our star at this home! The views were stunning and the house was so chic and cozy. Scott made sure to include some personal touches that made they stay even more enjoyable. A perfect stay for a group looking for a mountain getaway.

The best little wedding!

We had the most beautiful little wedding here with a handful of our favorite people! The owners of the property are so sweet and accommodating. The views are amazing. The house was clean and beautifully decorated. The photos were stunning. It’s the perfect place for a small family gathering. I couldn’t ask for a better spot.

Wedding to remember

Amazing rental property! We invited our immediate family to join my *now* husband, our two pups and I for an intimate wedding here. The view was amazing, the home had everything we needed and it was spacious enough for all 14 of us to hangout. Our only regret is not staying at this property longer. We would love to come back here again!

Nestled high above -the property offers truly spectacular panoramic views that shift beautifully with the light-sunrise over the peaks, mist rolling through the trees in the morning, and unforgettable sunsets that turn the sky red and orange.The home itself is spacious, thoughtfully designed, and perfectly suited for a family with adult children.Each bedroom provides privacy and comfort, with cozy furnishings. The common areas-especially the open-plan kitchen, dining, and living room-offered the perfect gathering space for meals, games, and long conversations by the windows.We loved the balance between peaceful seclusion and modern convenience. Weekend Getaway

A wonderful location for a weekend /week getaway. The perfect “off the grid” feel without being completely off the grid. Tremendous views. Definitely recommend AWD vehicle to get to the property due to driving up a mountain on dirt road but once you’re there you’ll never want to leave. We will be back!

Beautiful!

Be sure to rent a 4x4 heading to the property in the winter. An absolutely amazing stay! The owner Scott was so helpful and constantly stayed in communication with us. Very clean! Fireplace was amazing, the views were heavenly! Waking up to the snow cap mountain peaks, just beautiful! We were able to watch the sunrise. Just a peaceful and quiet cabin in the mountains perfectly placed!!!

The most beautiful cabin to have a Wedding.

This cabin was the most beautiful setting to have our small intimate wedding. With permission from the amazing owners, we were able to gather our closest friends and family for a week long wedding adventure. The 360 views were breathtaking and the updated modern style of the interior was perfect for our big day. Check in was easy, and Scott was very responsive whenever we had any questions. We cannot wait to return for many anniversaries to come. Thank you so much Scott for allowing us to get married here.

Great place but left wanting more

The cabin gives you a great mountain cabin feel with a modern twist. The view was great and the overall experience was great. However, the flaws of this cabin comes from the cleanliness of the property. The blankets all smelled like they were not cleaned. Some fragrance soap would’ve been great. The bathrooms also smelled musty. The floors also had a lot of dust. We all wore only socks around the house and our socks were black after walking around the house for a few days. Overall, the property manager was very responsive and the cabin provided everything we needed. We just wish whoever they used for the cleaning process did a much better job.

Snowboarding Trip

We traveled to Colorado and stayed in Scott's home for the weekend. The view from the house was amazing and SO beautiful! The drive up to the house was a bit of a challenge as it had snowed. We were able to make it up with 4 wheel drive and going the back route that Scott had sent us. The house was very clean and felt like home. We had a small child and it had lots of great accommodations already in place including a baby gate, high chair, pack n play and sleds. The beds were a bit hard for our liking but that is a personal opinion. The fireplace was wonderful and easy to operate after reading the pages in the book provided. There is a small hill by the house that was perfect for sledding with the kids. The kitchen was very well stocked with anything we needed which was wonderful! The wifi was pretty spotty but wasn't a big deal for us as we didn't spend much time using it. We traveled to Loveland to snowboard and it was a short 25 minute drive in the morning. In the afternoon there was always traffic so it would take a bit longer. Overall, it was a beautiful escape and wonderful home!

Amazing location for summer getaway

This is an amazing property with stunning views from every window. The long, steep, unpaved drive up to the house was a plus for me because I enjoy exercising my vehicle's AWD system and it gave me the feeling of being out in the remote wilderness (despite the luxurious accommodations and being quite close to Idaho Springs). We found plenty of family-friendly activities in the area, and enjoyed returning to this beautiful home and the cool mountain air at the end of each day. Communication with the owner was great and everything went smoothly. The whole family were blown away by this lodge and we highly recommend a visit!

"Relaxing"

Great house located in the peacful mountains yet close to lots of activities. My friends and I all love staying together but all like to do different activities. This was the perfect place. The house had everything we needed and was absolutely beautiful. The sunset was to die for. Thank you!

The most beautiful and best place to stay in CO

We had a fantastic stay at this property! The location was perfect, close to the city but still distant from everything else. The property itself was exactly as described - clean, well equipped and most importantly comfortable. The host was very helpful and responsive for all questions and concerns I had prior. The house was beautifully decorated and had everything we needed for our stay. I cant emphasize this enough but I 100% recommend this place. I will definitely stay here again and again!
