Gulf Highlands Beach House (opened June 2023) has delicious food and drinks right by the beach. Enjoy complimentary beach cart to carry your beach stuff, umbrella, & chairs. I am a people person and I love to meet new friends so hosting gives us that opportunity. We live in Louisiana and love to come to the beach as much as we possibly can. I love family time, hiking, and all things real estate.
Varför vÀrden valde detta boende
We chose to buy in Gulf Highlands because the location is everything! It's a low rise community so no views are blocked by high rise buildings in our community and there are NO elevators to ride and wait on. I love that there is a parking spot right by the building and not in some distance parking lot so unloading and loading is very convenient. Gulf Highlands is so close to restaurants, grocery stores, and so much of the entertainment. Also the beachfront pool and clubhouse was a huge PLUS These are just a few of the reasons we chose GHBR as our second home.

WE have done so many personal touches and upgrades that make our 1st floor condo so unique-things like a custom shower, quartz countertops, and all the small appliances and fully stocked kitchen with loads of small extras.
