Come relax and enjoy the desert sunsets at this beautiful, modern home. Tastefully designed with new furnishings and fully equipped to meet all your needs for the most comfortable and enjoyable stay.
Tucked away in a corner unit, this 3 bedroom/ 2 bath condo offers exceptional privacy, yet just steps away from the pool and hot tub. There are 2 covered patios with beautiful mountain and golf course views, ample seating and a BBQ grill where you can lounge with a cocktail or your morning coffee.
The interior provides a bright and stylish space with a large, deep sofa for lounging, smart TV w/cable, table seating for 4, bar seating for 3 and a full kitchen: which has a Breville espresso machine, coffee machine, Ninja blender and a wine fridge!
The primary king suite is complete with a comfortable Nectar mattress, Cable TV with HBO and Showtime, and direct patio access. The en-suite bath has a double vanity, an extra-large walk-in closet, and a large shower. Soaps and shampoo provided, as well as hair dryer.
On the other side of the unit, there are 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. The 2nd bedroom, has a queen bed with a Nectar mattress, Smart TV and also direct patio access.
The 3rd room has a trundle bed with 2 twin mattresses and also functions as a private office for the traveler who needs to do a bit of work while on vacation. The shared bathroom has a shower/tub combo and double vanity. Soaps and shampoo provided.
Complimentary high-speed WiFi, cable TV, central A/C and heat, ceiling fans through out, a private washer/dryer, linens and towels provided, as well as pool towels, pool floats and 2 bicycles with bike pump and lock.
The Desert Princess country club has access to fantastic amenities such as, 34 community pools, hot tubs, tennis courts, on-site golf course (for an additional fee), walking paths, bocce ball, pickle ball, spa, on-site restaurant, golf pro shop, gated community, and 24-hour security. Plus, it's in a prime location to downtown Palm Springs! Only 10 minutes by car!
CATHEDRAL CITY RULES/REGULATIONS:
- Cathedral City STVR Permit #: 00759
- The city's transient occupancy tax is 12%
- The city's tourism tax is 1%
- Occupants shall respect neighbors privacy and peaceful enjoyment of property
- Guests are required to comply with Cathedral City's noise and outdoor activity standards and regulations
- No outdoor music, radio, musical instrument, amplifiers, karaoke, or devices that produce or reproduce sound can be used outdoors at any time. If used indoors, guests must ensure it cannot be heard beyond the property line
- Please observe quiet hours from 10:00 pm to 8:00 am
-Trash shall not be stored in public view, there are large trash containers next to the garage space
-Guests are required to sign a rental agreement, an acknowledgement form and provide a copy of their photo ID prior to their arrival within the first 24 hours of the reservation booking. Once this information is received by the owner, your reservation will then be confirmed.
POLICIES:
- No smoking
- No pets allowed
- No events, parties, or large gatherings
- Must be at least 30 years old to book
- Additional fees and taxes may apply
- Photo ID may be required upon check-in
- Parking: 3 vehicles maximum are allowed on-site, 1 in the driveway and 2 in the space on the road
- Occupancy: This property has a strict maximum occupancy of 6 guests
- Additional fees may apply for utilizing the community amenities
- Following your reservation confirmation, host will contact you to obtain a copy of your driverâs license, home address, and other required guest information. This is required by the City and the Desert Princess Palm Springs
HOA for all vacation rental guests. A rental agreement, a Vacation Rental Waiver and a Hold Harmless & Indemnification form must also be signed. All occupant names and vehicle information must be provided. The guest making the reservation MUST be the guest that checks-in.
-NOTE for stays over 28 Days:
A signed rental agreement to the owners of the property, in addition to the acknowledgment form and a refundable security deposit is required for all rentals over 28 days. All utilities are covered and electricity is covered up to $200. Any amount over $200 for electricity per month will be the guests responsibility to cover. This amount is based on the meter reads. A refundable deposit of $500 will be required per each month of occupancy. In addition, a bi-weekly cleaning fee will be required for each month of occupancy.
- NOTE: Remember you are renting in a residential neighborhood. No outdoor music, radio, musical instrument, amplifiers, karaoke, or devices that produce or reproduce sound can be used outdoors at any time. If used indoors, it cannot be heard beyond the property line. Use of outdoor amenities is prohibited between the hours of 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM.
All occupants must adhere to and respect the City of Cathedral City and the Desert Princess Palm Springs HOAâs strict noise ordinances. Quiet hours are 10pm to 8am. Any violations of noise ordinances or otherwise are assumed by the responsible party making the reservation. Surrounding neighbors have 24/7/365 access to a hotline in case of any disturbances.
