A short walk to the marina, with wonderful restaurants and shops close by, this designer-furnished, art-filled, spacious and comfy house with in-ground 12x30' pool. is fully air conditioned, secure , walled and private. We will help with your luggage. Let us arrange your fishing trips, adventure activities, spa at-home services, private chef, supermarket deliveries, washing and ironing your clothes. High-speed wifi throughout, 3 smart tv's, Bring your family and remember, our casa is your casa!
The space
Entire house on corner on levels 2 and 3, totally private and walled. In-ground 12'x30' pool . Private house is very spacious with different rooms perfect for one or two families or friends. 2 queen bedrooms , one has also a queen futon. 2 x-long twin bedroom with a full futon. The twin beds are extra long and can convert to a king if requested. Lovely kitchen, with bar, BBQ on dining deck off kitchen.
TV room, lounge room, dining area, 3 bedrooms and 2 1/2 baths in the house, with a 1/2 bath at the pool also. Easy walk to the marina and all that Cabo has to offer at this ideal location. Great restaurants close-by.

Our first guest missed the window to submit his review, but their stay was Dec. 19-30, 2022. Here it is:

"The hosts, Sharley and Martin , were fantastic! They are very friendly, responsive, helpful and accommodating. They have ived in Los Cabos for over 30 years and provided us with some amazing recommendations for restaurants, boat cruises, sight seeing and best local beaches. The house is very clean, well appointed and comfortable, the beds are amazingly comfortable. We found the house in great condition and the kitchen had everything we needed, every room had air conditioning. The private swimming pool provided a great escape from the afternoon heat, and they had someone come by every morning to clean the pool. The house is located in a residential area and a few minutes' walk, (literally 3 minutes walk) to dozens of great local restaurants, and about 5 minutes walk, all flat, no hills, to the shopping mall, marina and downtown attractions, you don't need a car if you plan to stay around downtown. We will definitely rent this house again when we come back to Cabo! --Vince B

Good property

Very spacious (stairs are a tight squeeze between floors but with no mobility problems you shouldn't have an issue). Location was perfect as we were able to walk to local restaurants and the main strip with no problem. Pool was very private (there is a fishery downstairs so you may hear people working!) Overall a very comfortable place to stay.

I am a retired interior designer and this house reflects my love for Mexico in its artwork and furnishings. It is furnished with Mexican charm and American comfort. We know you will enjoy our house which we lived in for many years , the fresh juice bar at the corner, some of our favorite restaurants a few minutes' walk away, and shopping and the marina are close by.

Varför värden valde detta boende

You won't need to rent a car or catch an expensive taxi to drive into town, as you would if you stayed in a resort hotel, but taxis are available close by if you need one . The kitchen is well-equipped and you can have groceries delivered to you. The stainless steel gas BBQ is new, as is the stove. This house is great for 2 families , or friends. The twin beds are XL, comfortable for adults but also can be pushed together to make a dual king.

Close to nightlife without the noise of it, go to the Cinemex theater at the shopping mall and watch first-run movies in reclining leather seats with cocktail and food service. Shop in the best stores, stroll along the marina and pick a waterfront bar or restaurant, enjoy the beach or go on a safari desert adventure. We can help arrange any activity for you.
