Cleveland Place
We offer all the comforts of home for your vacation stay. This 2-bedroom, 1-bath 1500 sq. ft. lower-level guest suite, offers an additional sleeping area with a queen-sized futon and full kitchen along with a washer and dryer and private, garden level patio entrance with grill, table/chairs, and conversation area. Centrally located in Meeker, you have a 4-block, 5 minute walk to the downtown area along with a beautiful view of the White River Valley and surrounding mountains.
This comfortable space is in the lower level of a recently built home with the owners occupying the main floor. One bedroom contains a king-sized bed, the second bedroom has 2 queen-sized beds. There is a sleeping area with a queen-sized futon and great view of the washer and dryer. A room divider curtain separates this space for privacy. The kitchen is fully self contained and the bathroom has a shower/tub combo. The property is locked at all times from the main residence while guests are inhouse. There is no sharing of space. There is, however, a small office but it is locked to the guest suite and accessible only by the owners through a separate, exterior door.
Guests can come and go through a private entrance, off the street, that has an electronic keypad. Guests are limited to the lower level patio only. There is plenty of parking along both sides of the street. There are retaining walls on the property to which guests, especially children, are strictly prohibited from accessing as this is outside the guest use area.
Other things to note:
With in-floor heating, the temperature will be maintained between 68 and 72 degrees in the winter and off in the summer, providing a cool, comfortable atmosphere. A recently added electric fireplace adds a bit of ambience and is not the primary heat source. There are also a Blueair air purifier, 2 tower fan/heaters along with USB personal fans in each bedroom. We are kid friendly and have a pack-n-play for little ones. While we are kid-friendly, parents are responsible for their child's safety.
No smoking, vaping, e-cigarettes, or illegal substances are allowed on the premises.
The guest suite can comfortably accommodate 4 adults and a couple of children. Extra guest fees will apply to guests 13 years of age and older. There will also be an additional charge for extra linens that are requested for your stay.
Processing of fish, fowl, and wild game is strictly prohibited in and on the property.
The owners live upstairs so there will be common house noises and when the 2 energetic grandsons come to visit that noise may increase.

I am a transplant from North Dakota and have been in Meeker for my entire adult life. My husband, Lanny, has been in Meeker since he was 5 so I guess you could call him a native. We own and operate Coulter Aviation. Izzy is our mini Aussie so you might see her doing her security checks around the house. We enjoy hunting, fishing, camping, hiking, traveling, and aviating.We are looking forward to this new adventure of hosting and hope you find Meeker and the surrounding area a great getaway location!
Varför vÀrden valde detta boende
The house is built on property that used to be occupied by the hospital. We can boast one of the best views of the White River Valley and certainly the best view for the 4th of July fireworks.
