Rest assured, your privacy is of the utmost importance to us. The camera is focused solely on the entrance area.

- No smoking

- PETS - Small/Medium size pets (under 40lbs) are welcome, but we require pre-approval and a $250 fee/deposit per pet. (2 pets max). This fee includes a refundable $150 pet deposit.

- No events, parties, or large gatherings.

- Must be at least 25 years old to book

- Photo ID may be required upon check-in

- NOTE: Your safety matters. This property features external security cameras around the house at the front door and above the garage. They do not look into any interior spaces

- If the person who makes the reservation will not be present during the stay we require an additional deposit for their “crew” or “company". Please notify us if you will not be staying at our place.

- This listing is for 8 guests. Four extra guests up to 12 people are welcome for $25 per night per person. Please note the bedding arrangements.(No unregistered guests allowed. That means only the number of guests on your reservation are allowed.)
