Vi förvärvade detta hem 2006 och uppgraderade köket och badrummet. Det är nymålade, nya mattor och fönster. Stor trädgård. Kort promenad till stranden. En familjesortsstad på en barriärö som inkluderar Stone Harbor och Avalon. NJ. Kort köravstånd till Cape May, Wildwood, Ocean City. Cirka 45 minuter söder om Atlantic City.

1: a sovrummet har en king size-säng andra sovrummet har uppsättning av enkelsängar, 1 badrum och utomhusdusch, sover familj på 4-6, vardagsrum och solrum, TV i båda rummen. BBQ och utemöbler på baksidan uteplats som ansluter till en stor GRASS trädgård, perfekt för barnen att leka. Gratis wifi.

Phenomenal location!

Cozy beach house in Stone Harbor, NJ. Great restaurants and shopping just a few blocks away. We enjoyed the opportunity to easily walk to the beach, downtown, and Avalon. Helpful tips: Before arrival, confirm with the owner the need to bring/rent linens as well as cleaning service scheduling process and cost to work into your vacation budget.

Summer vacay in Stone Harbor

Had a wonderful time renting this cozy cottage at Stone Harbor. Easy walk to beach, all amenities needed for week, and close to mainstreet, parks for kids. Had a great week and kids sad to leave at end!

Great place and value for small family

short walk to the beach, has all of the amenities and accommodations you need. They let you use their beach chairs and beach toys. Owners are wonderful to work with and communication is great. Perfect stay for a small family.

Comfy Beach Cottage

We love staying here and it the cottage is perfect for our small family. Great location and a short walk to the beach. The house is very clean and owner is very helpful and available. We love the updates that have been made since our last stay in 2020!

Lovely cottage

This property is just as shown on site. Perfect for a couple or small family. Nice quiet neighborhood within easy walking distance from the beach and downtown. Owner answers questions quickly. I would highly recommend this property.

Excellence in a small package

The home reminds me of old Stone Harbor back in the ‘50s and ‘60s when my parents brought us to the shore for our vacation. Can’t say enough positive things about it. Loved my stay.

Varför värden valde detta boende

We have been full time residents, as well as business owners, in Stone Harbor since 1967. This is a wonderful, upscale family vacation town. Once you arrive, you could park your car and not get in it again until you go home. The 7 mile island that Stone Harbor and Avalon share has a bike lane that runs the length of the island. The beach is a short 2.5 block walk, and the bay is even an even closer 1.5 blocks in the other direction. Stone Harbor has a great downtown area that has unique shops, miniature golf, restaurants, movie theater and plenty of ice cream! Also, just 6 short blocks from this property is an extensive recreational area including grass fields, basketball courts, tennis courts, pickleball courts, playgrounds, and organized exercise classes everyday of the week.

The water sports are endless, if you've never been to an inflatable water park on the bay it should be on your to do list while you visit.
