Great house! The location was perfect and the pool was fantastic!

We enjoyed every minute of our vacation in this lovely beach cottage! We loved being able to walk into town, riding bikes and having the beach so close. The pool in the backyard was fantastic and a nice bonus! We plan on booking again for next year!

Great little house - perfect for our family.

The house was a perfect size for my family of four, with plenty of room with the extra pool house for the kids to play. The pool was fantastic and saved our vacation because many days were rainy and cloudy. The house is in a perfect location with everything in walking distance with minimal noise. I have been coming to Avalon all my life and this house exceeded my expectations.

Better than I expected

The pictures didn’t do the house justice and don’t underestimate the outdoor living space! We loved hanging out on the covered back patio watching a movie during the rain! Pool was great! Location was ideal!

Great place in a fantastic beach town location.

Fantastic house, with very good amenities, awesome back yard with pool and excellent value for the location that was priced appropriately and has us all strongly considering another stay in the very near future. The host has a great product and was easy to deal with throughout.

Everything you need for a family Stone Harbor vacation!

This cute little home had absolutely everything you need for a wonderful, relaxing family vacation! The home was very clean, has a relaxing pool, fun extra pool house, bikes, short walk to the beach, short walk to town, off street parking, clean outdoor shower, I mean it was just a wonderful! The owner even let us know we could get in early. Would love to return to this location when we return to Stone Harbor! Thank you Erik for sharing your home!

Best location - blocks to beach and blocks to town. I didnt use my car.

Great relaxing Week in Stone Harbor

Thank you to our host Erik who’s home offered all the amenities listed and more. The home was very well laid out and neat updated and organized. The pool and cabana were our favorite part of the house. The convenience of the outdoor shower was wonderful right near the pool area. Also I was pleasantly surprised for the location of the home that it was very quiet and felt very comfortable and secluded from the busy street that it was on. Lastly the cabana offered an area away from the house that was like an extra family room with a flat screen TV & mini refrigerator. Plus a loft.. Definitely more space to spread out than expected. I highly recommend this home.

The Beach House

The place was better than we’d hoped, extremely well laid out and comfortable. The back yard held 17 people easily with some who weren’t in our “bubble” and were still social distancing. The pool (which initially I didn’t think I would want) as a fantastic alternative to the beach for young cousins to hang out (it’s prettier even than the pictures). It’s convenient to everything. The owner was a real pleasure to work with. I really hope we get to rent the place again; only complaint is I didn’t rent it for long enough 😕

Stone Harbor perfection!

This house was truly perfect! Everything exceeded our expectations, especially the beautiful heated pool! The house was immaculate!! All appliances were new, and the kitchen was fully stocked with everything we could possibly need. Our family of 5 had more than enough room to stretch out, and the beds and furniture were all incredibly comfortable. Also, the location of the house in Stone Harbor could not be better! Centrally located and walking distance to the beach, Quahog’s, and everything else in this small beach community. Yet the house still felt quiet and secluded. Erik, the owner, was professional and very responsive throughout the entire process. He was awesome! Would definitely book again!!!

Stone Harbor Gem!

This is our favorite house we have rented in 20 years. It is everything you need! Walking distance to town and the beach, recently updated, and SO beach cozy. The pool and pool house are amazing extras. Bicycles and beach chairs at the house allowed for lighter packing. The owner of this home was nice enough to call as we were on our way to say the cleaning team had finished and we could access the house earlier than scheduled. Truly a great week from start to finish!! We’ll be back!!! Deidre B.
