Comfortable stay while settling a family estate/funeral

Primarily my husband stayed at property in the evenings to rest and do his virtual meetings. Very clean, great wifi, comfortable bed. I came to town for four nights and our adult son for one night. worked out well. nice kitchen area and living room/large TV. We did use the hot tub one night for our sore backs from backing boxes and moving our aunt's furniture for sale. Great communication, but please add your garbage pick up days and that you would like renters to put all trash out upon leaving to the sign on refrigerator. Thanks so much!

Spring weekend trip

Property manager was very prompt on his responses. The house is beautiful. Outside patio area is perfect. Different areas to sit and hang out, plus the hot tub. Only knock I would have is the ice machine and water in the fridge. Do not work and that's just being mitted to eat.

Beautiful house,

This house was absolutely gorgeous!! Quiet neighborhood, close to stores. David was a pleasure to deal with starting with calling us to let us know an early check in was available if needed. Would definitely stay here again!!

Beautiful Place

The house was awesome. It was in a nice quiet neighborhood and the neighbors were friendly. The house was very clean, and the host David was just wonderful. He worked with us on our dates and was there to answer any questions. We enjoyed it so much every time we come to see our new grandson; we will stay there if it is available. I would recommend this VRBO to everyone.

You will absolutely love the peaceful, serene, vibe that this house gives off! If you are looking for a place to relax or if you need a quiet place to think and do some remote work, this is the perfect place for you! The coastal decor with white and shades of light blue colors will calm you. The large, plush sectional sofa (with room for 8) in the Florida room facing the 65 inch Smart TV is super comfy and the large windows and French doors facing the patio allow plenty of sunshine to illuminate the room. You won't be hot either as this room has it's own mini AC to keep you cool!

Need some private time with your partner to enjoy a glass of wine away from the kids or do you need a large area to seat the entire group for a meal...? Either way, we've got you covered! You'll appreciate having 4 separate places to eat throughout the house including the formal dining room table with room for 8, the big, bar heigh table in the kitchenette with seating for 3, the counter height bar area in the family room with 2 stools, and the picnic table on the patio with room for 8.

The neighborhood is super pleasant and you are only minutes away from all of the action that Ft. Lauderdale has to offer. This house is super clean! Trust me, this house has it all and it's the best value for houses in this area!
