Beach service of two chairs and an umbrella is complimentary from March 11 through October 31 (a $45 per day value).
Please note: The Maravilla Resort is undergoing a balcony/breezeway restoration project from August 19, 2024 to May 17, 2025, construction noise and presence should be expected at this time.

*Please note that the beach access ramp located next to the property will be temporarily unavailable from April 1 to April 30, 2025, due to a scheduled redesign project. Alternative beach access is available at the Avalon Ramp (open access) or the Beach Retreat Ramp (gate code: 1524). Signage will be provided at the existing gate to guide you. This project will result in a more accessible and convenient beach entry for all Maravilla guests. Thank you for your cooperation.*

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. No more dogs are allowed.
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 1 vehicle.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
