Dreamy Spring Break Getaway!

Spring Break in 30A is a dream and we were so lucky to stay at Susan’s cottage this year! Immaculately clean, all details so well thought out (ie- makeup wipes in bathrooms; clearly labeled under sink items for laundry and dishwasher; value pack of all sizes of zip lock baggies in pantry; and completely stocked kitchen appliances and items; and cleaning items unlocked and available to maintain sand pickup like broom and vaccuums). Beds were so comfortable, bathrooms (and entire house) were spotless, and the back patio and front porch were cherries on top. We spent morning coffees on the porch swing dreaming about retiring on 30A one day. We (my husband and me), our 3 kids (15, 5 and 3) as well as our teen’s 2 best friends- made such great memories at the cottage. Highly recommend staying at cottage during your next trip to 30A! Thanks again, Susan!

Christmas Vacation

Upon arrival, the home was more beautiful than the pictures listed on the website. It was very clean and spacious with lots of storage. The kitchen was stocked with everything needed to bake cookies or cook a nice dinner. The coffee station was pretty nice too. Great location, as the beach is literally a couple of blocks away with cool neighborhood shops. Overall, our family was extremely happy and will book again without hesitation. ** The property owner, Sandy, was very responsive during stay. If we had questions or needed anything, she was readily available.**

Perfect Holiday Stay

This was the perfect cottage for our family gathering during the Thanksgiving Holiday. Beautiful Cottage, great location, walking distance to the beach and shopping. The home accommodated our large group well. The host was very responsive and considerate of our family’s needs. We had all of the comforts of home, full kitchen and thank goodness for all of the cookware as it really came in handy. The host seemed to think of everything right down to a serving platter for the turkey ,we would definitely stay here again.

Great beach house

Everyone in the family loved staying here. Close access to the beach, pool, and lots of restaurants. The amenities are outstanding. I would definitely recommend Sandy Palms for your next vacation house.

About the space
This 1935 sq ft, 4 bedroom, 3 1/2 bath cottage features an open concept living, dining and kitchen area perfect for family gatherings and relaxation. There is a spacious downstairs primary bedroom featuring a California King bed, smart Roku tv, and ensuite bathroom with double vanity, jetted soaking tub and walk in shower.

When dining in, enjoy the fully stocked kitchen including oven, microwave, and coffee bar or retreat to the private patio to grill some of the local gulf fare. We offer a Weber charcoal grill, but you must provide charcoal.

Laundry closet on first floor featuring stacked washer and dryer with starter supplies.

Upstairs you will enjoy the kid friendly space including various games for hours of family fun!

There are 3 bedrooms upstairs:
Beach Days Family Suite - includes king bed, queen bed, dedicated work space and ensuite bathroom and a smart Roku tv with basic cable
Anchors Away Suite - includes queen bed and adjoining bathroom shared with game room and a smart Roku tv...this room does not have basic cable at this time just streaming
Ocean Bunk Room - includes full over full bunk bed, arcade game, and kid friendly decor and a smart Roku tv with basic cable

Guest access
Guests have access to the entire 1935 sq ft home. There are 2-3 (depending on vehicle size) free exterior, uncovered parking spots. As a reminder, please no overnight street parking in our neighborhood, no exceptions. Important ** All other vehicles can be parked at Gulf Place .3 miles down the road and parking is at your own risk.
