Very comfortable and in a great neighborhood

Wonderful property especially for a long stay. Well equipped, wonderful fenced in backyard that my dog and myself really appreciated. Felt really appreciated by the hosts. Quiet neighborhood just a short drive from downtown and the London bridge. Looking forward to my next visit!

Comfortable and clean home

This is the second time that we have rented this home in Lake Havasu. First of all, it is dog friendly, with a fully fenced back yard. The house is comfortable, clean, and fully outfitted with everything to enjoy the stay. The beds were comfortable, as were the furnishings. We look forward to our trip next year!

Weekend with the family

Enjoyed the comforts of home with our daughter and her family. Nice view of the sunset from the back patio. Nice to park in the garage.

Clean and comfortable house

Great house. Easy to get to, had everything we needed and plenty of towels and bedding. Rooms were clean and the beds were comfortable. Neighborhood was quiet.

Family Reunion

Very clean and comfortable. The beds and pillows were also quite comfortable and the kitchen stocked with everything you might have in your own home. The location was convenient to everything you’d want to do in Lake Havasu. The check-in and check-out was incredibly easy. Very quiet neighborhood. Would definitely stay here again.

Great stay

Stayed for a short weekend trip boating on the lake. The house was perfect for what we we looking for. The kitchen was well stocked and the massage chair was a hit with all of us.

Clean home

The house was clean and had plenty of space. Communication with the homeowner was exceptional and she was very easy to work with. The house had all the basic essentials and even laundry detergent for the washer. I would definitely recommend this house and plan on staying here in the future.

Great house in a nice neighborhood

We enjoyed our stay in Havasu very much. The house was very clean, quiet, and well appointed. Had everything we would need and more! The beds were comfy, lots of towels, and everything we needed. There is a nice fenced back yard with patio seating. We will stay again.

Perfect!

Nice clean home. Well stocked in every way. Just like the pictures. Roomy for our family of six. Relatively quiet street because it is 'up the hill' from town which we prefer for traffic and people noises downtown. Room for the RV in the side yard while we stayed inside with grown kids and grandsons. Owner very responsive to any questions we had. Would definitely stay in the future again!

Comfortable, clean house

The house was clean, comfortable, and well stocked. The massage chair was definitely a hit for our group after a long day of boating. There was plenty of room on the side of the house for our boat. We enjoyed our stay and would return to this property.

Best havasu rental

This was the second time we have stayed on this property and it feels like home. So many extras in the kitchen, extra linen and towels and everything that is needed. Communication is always amazing. We will stay here again.
