Drawing inspiration from her own experiences as traveling guests, the homeowner has curated this home, keeping guests in mind at every step.

Guest access
Guests have full access to the entire home, including the driveway with space for two vehicles, as well as free street parking. Additionally, a fenced yard space is available for your enjoyment.

For longer stays, the inclusion of the garage, washer, and dryer can be arranged upon request.

We gladly welcome pets to this property! Please be aware that currently, there is no grass as we are in the process of landscaping. We kindly request that you pick up after your pet to maintain cleanliness and hygiene.

House Rules

1. Check In
Check in instructions will be sent out 48 hours prior to check in. We currently cannot accommodate early check ins. Please respect check in and check out times. Late checkouts will incur a $50/30 minutes. Please check out on time!

2. Ensure that all guests are included in the reservation, and kindly adhere to the maximum occupancy limit by refraining from exceeding the allowed number of overnight guests. Please note that a guest fee of $20 per person per night will be automatically applied to your reservation request for any additional guests beyond the initial two.

3. No Parties or Smoking Allowed
Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the premises, and it is illegal to tamper with or remove smoke detectors. If you choose to smoke outdoors, please ensure that cigarette butts are disposed of properly. It is crucial to note that the property is located in a high fire risk area, and therefore, utmost caution must be exercised. Furthermore, this property strictly prohibits parties or large, noisy gatherings. Engaging in activities such as playing loud music, excessive rowdiness, excessive drinking or smoking, and similar behaviors will result in a party fine of $1,000. To maintain a peaceful environment, quiet hours are in effect from 10pm to 7am.

4. Kindly tidy up after yourself when utilizing the outdoor spaces to prevent attracting animals, please ensure that no food or trash is left unattended on the grill or in the outdoor area.
