The Perfect Napa Valley Getaway!
Former SuperHosts (on another property) are proud to offer their new wine country getaway in the center of the Napa Valley! Walking distance to fabulous restaurants: French Laundry, Bistro Jeanty, Bouchon Bakery, R&D Kitchen, Ciccio. Single level home with Park Views! Perfect for visiting local wineries throughout the valley, some under 10 minutes away. Do day trips to Sonoma County Winecountry, the coast or San Francisco. Year round Northern California has so much to offer!
The space
The living room and both bedrooms look out on a beautiful view of the park and hills. The open floorplan flows from the living room into the kitchen. You have the option of counter seating for four, or there is a table in the dining area that can seat six or be used as a workspace.
When you are not dining out at the amazing choice of restaurants - the kitchen has all you need; cooktop, oven, dishwasher, coffee maker, blender, mixer, all cooking utensils, dishes, pots and pans, even some favorite spices and olive oil.
The primary bedroom has a king bed, it's own bath with double sinks, a walk-in closet and seating area, plus a smart TV. The second bedroom offers a queen bed. Both have very comfortable pillow-top beds and sheets.
Slip out the back to the very private yard with stone pavers, a table with seating for four, super barbeque, fire pit with seating for four and a sun sail for shade.

We are longtime locals who reached "SuperHost" status on both major rental sites with another property in the Napa Valley (that we have since moved in to). We are proud to offer this new property in what we feel is the best area of winecountry.
Varför värden valde detta boende
This home looks out on a beautiful park with redwood trees and the hills across the valley. One block away is Ciccio and R&D Restaurants. Another half block and you get to Northblock and Restoration Hardware restaurants. Head the other direction and you can walk or bike along a quiet road with vineyards on one side and longhorn cattle grazing on the other.
Vad som gör detta boende unikt
Year-round this area is hard to beat! In Spring and Summer the vines come to life. The typical summer day may have low clouds in the morning and then warm up to the low 80's. On hot days the coast is about an hour away and normally in the 60's or 70's. The Fall is the time for 'Crush' when the grapes are harvested and there is a lot of action to see in the wineries. The weather is usually amazing. And Winter is typically mild, everything slows down a bit and it is much easier to get in to restaurants and wineries. Around February mustard blooms in the vineyards and it's a photographer's dream.
