.5 bath private townhouse conveniently located 5 miles from the SoFi stadium, a short drive to the 405 freeway and central to all the mail attractions in LA.
You’ll be sure to enjoy a quiet neighborhood and have a comfy stay with everything you need to make yourself right at home! This home comes fully equipped with a full kitchen, dining table, washer and dryer, two queen beds and a desk if you find you need to get some work done on your stay!

You’ll be delighted by the perfect blend of luxury and comfort you experience here! Designed with you in mind, this townhouse comes equipped with everything you need to enjoy your stay while in LA. You’ll be walking distance from all the best attractions, restaurants & bars that Lawndale has to offer.
Guest access
There is a two car PRIVATE garage available for your stay. Street parking is available, please read the street signs as certain days the car has to be moved by a certain time or you risk getting tickets. There is also one shared guest park which you can find details about in the check-in instructions and a small private backyard. The backyard is NOT shared.

The property consists of two bedrooms containing a QUEEN BED, a full-body mirror, a large walk-in closet and an office desk and chair.

Enjoy a freshly-brewed cup of coffee using the Keurig coffee-maker & complimentary coffee,There's a blender available for your use as well. The dining room table includes seating for six!
