Youâll be sure to enjoy a quiet neighborhood and have a comfy stay with everything you need to make yourself right at home! This home comes fully equipped with a full kitchen, dining table, washer and dryer, two queen beds and a desk if you find you need to get some work done on your stay!

Youâll be delighted by the perfect blend of luxury and comfort you experience here! Designed with you in mind, this townhouse comes equipped with everything you need to enjoy your stay while in LA. Youâll be walking distance from all the best attractions, restaurants & bars that Lawndale has to offer.
Guest access
There is a two car PRIVATE garage available for your stay. Street parking is available, please read the street signs as certain days the car has to be moved by a certain time or you risk getting tickets. There is also one shared guest park which you can find details about in the check-in instructions and a small private backyard. The backyard is NOT shared.

The property consists of two bedrooms containing a QUEEN BED, a full-body mirror, a large walk-in closet and an office desk and chair.
LIVING/FAMILY ROOM
The living room contains a sofa & love seat to kick back and relax. Put your feet up and enjoy your favorite show or movie on our SMART TV. Or connect to our FREE HIGH SPEED WIFI to complete the last of your business proposal or term paper in the workspace created especially for you.

Our workspace includes a full desk with additional storage space and study light.
KITCHEN & DINING SPACE
Whether you prefer to order takeout or cook your own meals, this apartment has a FULLY EQUIPPED KITCHEN. Pots & pans, cooking utensils, eating utensils, dishware and drinkware are all provided. Enjoy a freshly-brewed cup of coffee using the Keurig coffee-maker & complimentary coffee,There's a blender available for your use as well. The dining room table includes seating for six!

The bathroom is detailed in black & white, laminate tile, & includes a FULL BATHTUB/SHOWER. Additional bathroom amenities include towels, soap, shampoo, conditioner, blow dryer & more.
