RENOVATED THIRD FLOOR CORNER UNIT IN SUMMIT - Amazing Western Views!

Newly renovated, peaceful, spacious and bright, three bedroom, two full bath- third floor corner unit in Summit. Beautiful western views of the mountains! Have a glass of wine on the deck and enjoy the spectacular sun sets!

Conveniently located, just a Five minute walk to the village and slopes or take the free shuttle! Split Rock pool is also a short walk or shuttle ride and you can access the indoor/outdoor pool, hot tubs and sauna for $15 a day. The Summit complex does not have it's own hot tub.

The space:

Kitchen: This condo has a Fully stocked kitchen for cooking including a crockpot. (some spices and olive oil provided). A traditional drip coffee maker is there for your use as well as good quality pots and pans, utensils, etc.

Family room: New high end furniture! Comfortable Seating for 8, Smart TV, gas fireplace.

Dining area: Seating for 6 plus extra seating for 3 at the kitchen counter.

Three bedrooms:

Master - queen bed with Roku tv and ensuite bathroom
Bedroom 1 - double bed with smart tv
Bedroom 2- four twin beds (two bunk beds)

Two full bathrooms (with tubs) - master has a heated towel rack!

Sheets and bath towels are provided!

There is a pack-n-play and high chair in the condo for guests with babies.

Front and Rear Deck -

Back deck has seating for eight and beautiful views of the mountains.

(Due to renovations, this area will not be here for ski season 2024/2025. We are not sure if there will be space for a ski rack after the renovations but we will add organizational ski/snowboard equipment to the front entry of the condo. The grill will either be moved to the private back deck or will still be in the semi private front area)
Semi private Front deck has a propane grill and a lockable ski/snowboard rack. Locks included! No need to bring Ski's inside and clutter up your space! Holds five pairs of skis or up to 10 snowboards (back to back) or a combination of both. There are five slots. Each slot fits one set of skis or two snowboards. ***For the safety of our guests and their equipment we have a security camera located on the front porch***

Entry - plenty of space to hang coats, hats, gloves, helmets, etc. Plus plenty of space to store boots.

This condo is on the third/top floor. The views are the best from the third floor and you won't have anyone staying above you! Please note: you have to walk up one flight of stairs from the parking lot.

For our summer guests: The condo has a bike rack located on the second floor deck (parking lot level) and a washing station to wash down your bike.

During ski season, It is unlikely that I can offer a late check-out due to the availability of the cleaners.

*** All guests must be declared on the reservation prior to check-in. There will be a $60 a night fee per guest per night for guests not declared on the original reservation and a $100 dollar fee per guest per night for guests above the maximum occupancy of 8 with the possibility of termination of the rental with no refund. ***


Please note: Most restaurants and stores are not open off season.. April- mid May and mid October - mid November are considered off season. You can check snowshoe's website for exact dates to see what's open on any given day.
