Just 1.8 miles from the Blythe Island Beach Drive boat launch (with another ramp on Park Street), getting on the water couldnât be easier. Once launched, youâre welcome to tie up at the shared dock for the duration of your stay.
Plenty of Parking
Thereâs ample space for multiple vehicles and a boat trailer, all within a gated entrance that offers both privacy and peace of mind.
The Setting
This home is part of a serene 12-acre property with just two residences. Your rental includes the Live Oak Cottage (the white house), full access to the land on that side of the driveway, and shared use of the dock.
Dock Details
While the dock doesnât currently have water or power, itâs still perfect for tying up your boat or enjoying a quiet sunset. Please use only the inside floaters, reserved for guest use.

Varför vÀrden valde detta boende
This is a very quiet neighborhood that is just a short drive over the bridge from Brunswick, and we love the abundance of trees and nature while still being about 10 minutes back into town.

This property is unique because once you arrive, it feels completely secluded. The property is on 12 acres of complete privacy with expansive views of the main river. There are two homes available to rent if you want the entire property to yourself.
