This recently remodeled 3-bedroom, 1.5-bath cottage sits on Torch River, halfway between Lake Skegemog and Torch Lake. Sleeping up to 8, it’s the ideal Up North getaway with direct riverfront access, a private dock, and close proximity to some of Northern Michigan’s most beautiful inland lakes.

The Space:
The cottage features a newly updated kitchen, living room, and bedrooms with new appliances, furnishings, and flooring throughout. Relax indoors or enjoy the outdoors from the waterside deck or the cozy screened-in gazebo. Yard games are supplied! Comfortably sleeps 8, perfect for families or groups. A Canoe, paddle and life jackets are provided.

Guest Access:
Guests can tie up their boat at the newly built dock. There’s a public boat launch right down the street. Spend your time exploring Torch Lake, Elk Lake, Lake Skegemog, Clam Lake, and Lake Bellaire—all part of the scenic lower chain of lakes.

Getting Around:
10 minutes to Alden, 20 minutes to Bellaire & Short's Brewing Co. Only 30 minutes from the Traverse City Horse Shows and 40 minutes from downtown Traverse City. Explore the nearby towns of Charlevoix, Petoskey, Leelanau Peninsula, and Old Mission Peninsula. Day trips to Sleeping Bear Dunes or Mackinac Island are easy and memorable.
