Detta charmiga bäck front har hem ett täckt däck som sträcker sig över hela bredden av hemmet och har utsikt över vår bullriga bäck. En täckt veranda tvärs ser bergen. (Totalt 640 "täckta däck). Hem är på en nivå med ett steg in i hemmet, vilket gör det handikappanpassad med gränserna för 30 'innerdörrar. Alla innerdörrar är massivt trä och ger extra ljudisolering. Av de 3 sovrum, 2 är mästare storlek med kvalitet queen sängar och den 3: e sovrummet har 2 nya enkelsängar och en bäddsoffa. Dessutom har uppblåsbar madrass. Perfekt för släktträffar och barnrum är undangömt på framsidan av hemmet. Det stora sovrummet, stora rum och kök har utsikt över bäcken. Luta sig tillbaka och njuta av lugnande ljud. För en romantisk kyliga dag gosa upp bredvid den öppna spisen, läsa din bok eller vår, titta på en film på TV eller från vår film bibliotek, ta en tupplur, eller smutta varm choklad. GARANTERAD avkoppling och du behöver aldrig flytta från din favoritplats. Om du vill turnera eller dra fördel av de underbara bekvämligheter som erbjuds till dig här bara .......

FISK, fisk, fisk dina bekymmer borta i vår bullriga bäck lager av TVA. Fisk till middag till Barbeque på grillen vid bäcken. Sitter runt Firepit och berätta för dina berättelser medan du steka dina marshmellows. Vaska guld med utrustning som tillhandahålls eller gå till Franklin, NC där du kan bryta guld och ädelstenar (det är gratis i bäcken). Kyl ner i bäcken och ha lite vattenmelon på picknickbord medan du koppla av i skuggan. Rock alla dina bekymmer borta i rockers, hängmattor och hängmatta stolar. Du kan försöka Bränder Creek för en fri slang upplevelse, vandringsled, vattenfall och stora picknickområde. Om du inte är avslappnad när du lämnar, kommer vi att vara chockade. Awesome space

This was such a wonderful house to stay in. We really loved sitting outside in the evening's around the fire, listening to the stream behind the house. 10 out of 10, will book again.

Rushing Creek Retreat

We spent several days over Thanksgiving at this property. Overall, we had a very nice stay. The layout of the house was great. The kitchen opened to the family room and had was fully stocked. The family room had a comfy sectional sofa, and a cozy gas fireplace that was so easy to operate.Loved that there were no steps, the house was all on one level. If I had anything negative to say, it would be that the bedding, pillows, sheets and towels may be in need of replacing, I was also hoping for a little better view of the mountains from the front of the house, but the rushing creek in the back was beautiful. We would definitely consider renting this property again.

Peaceful and Perfect!

Everything about this property was just perfect. My husband enjoyed fly fishing in the creek at the back of the house and ended up catching trout. The home is very clean and in a very quiet neighborhood. We can’t wait to visit this property again!

As advertised. Wonderful property

Located just far enough away from town to be away from it all, but close enough that it is not a major time commitment to go get the Saturday morning breakfast from Crafted Donuts, this spacious cabin provided my family a wonderful stay. The cabin was very clean and has pretty much everything you need to feel "at home." I liked that tissues, tp and paper towels were provided. I have rented some cabins that were bare. The front yard is sizeable enough for an active family wiffle ball or something, and the back yard is western NC perfection, with the porch overlooking the just loud enough creek. Like most creeks in the mountains, it is not meant for canon balls and tubing, but for frolicking and getting your feet wet. In a perfect world, I would prefer a king bed in the master (plenty of room for it) and scentless sheets/towels. Also, the Wi-Fi is not great so working from the cabin may is difficult. It could be time to upgrade to Starlink.

Outside upkeep

The house was very nice but the outside furniture and table were not usable they were so dirty. The grills were so bad it took my son a hour to get one clean enough to use. Also picture of River online is very deceiving. It is a small creek and not big enough to tube in.

We have stayed at this property before. The house was clean and well had everything we needed. Had to extend our stay an extra day due to car issues and they were very helpful in trying to find us help.

Great stay

This was our fourth time staying at Rushing Creek. It is always clean and very well maintained. The manager is always easy to communicate with and responsive. Overall a great place to stay.

Perfect Christmas Vacation!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay for Christmas! The home was beautiful, clean and the area is so peaceful! We lucked up and got quite a bit of snow Christmas Eve and Christmas morning which topped our trip off! We will definitely be back!!

Awesome! Had a wonderful time staying here. Home was exceptionally clean.

Nice place to relax and unwind. Walmart and grocery store approx 25 minutes from cabin. Home was well equipped and had just about everything needed. Downtown Murphy was a quaint town to visit. Can't wait to come back!

Fall Getaway

This cabin is suburb! We stayed for a week and the fall leaves were amazing. The house was a joy to stay in, we didn’t want to leave. The host is excellent! Don’t pass this one up!

Family time

We love time in the mountains and our stay here was lovely. The cabin was open and airy and the babbling river in the back yard was heaven. The cabin was well appointed with things you would need for a comfortable stay. We did have a hard time with getting anything with the tv and components to work when we tried to watch a movie in the evenings though. My tech savvy son figured out some of it but the dvd player didn’t have all the necessary cords to work.

We have retired to the mountains of North Carolina and, Trust Us, we only live in beautiful places. We live in this area and think we have found Paradise in our charming town of Murphy. We came to visit and vacation here and just had to stay. Our home is pet friendly for we have two golden retrievers (THE GOLDEN GIRLS) that are the loves of our lifes. I am sure if you travel with your pets, they are also your children. Our 5 grandchildren think this is the best place in the world and we agree. It is so centrally located and after 12 years we are still exploring and finding new adventures. My husband's advocation is photography and he has enjoyed photographing all the wonders of nature in the area. Some of his photos are in the home. He won lst place in the GA Mountain Fair several years ago and won 2nd place last year. The fair is in July and is an adventure not to be missed if you are here. Fun for the entire family in Hiawassee GA.

Varför värden valde detta boende

We came to visit here in 1997 and we fell in love. The next visit we found ourselves buying property and building a house here. What we love the most is the ever changing nature around us. We are always mesmerized by the sound of water and when we found this wonderful new home on a rushing creek we decided to buy it to share our piece of paradise in Murphy with others to enjoy. My husband said that the mountains are in my Scottish/Irish DNA and I would have to agree. As the saying goes 'You are nearer to GOD in the mountains than any other place on earth.'

Vad som gör detta boende unikt

The small town feeling where everybody waves and the deep history in this area is fascinating. The area where this home is located is where the last battle of the Civil War was fought on May 6th, 1865. This was an Indian Reservation and the Trail of Tears history can be found at our local museum. The folklore is long and interesting. All you have to do is ask and listen. A free performance every Friday night in the open air pavilion at John C Campbell folk school should not be missed. About a mile from the property is a monument to a Forge that was located here in 1839.
