This recently-renovated 3-bedroom + den home is one of only 10 in the valley that gives you direct backyard access to Hohokam’s spring training grounds – in fact, guests have told us they’ve caught balls from MLB players during practices! When a big game is happening, you’ll be only a short walk away from the Hohokam Stadium’s front gates.
Even with all that on offer, we don’t blame you if you just want to stay in and enjoy the luxurious features of the property. The lush green backyard is a paradise for kicking back and hanging out, featuring a shimmering pool (not heated), a built-in BBQ area with bar seating for 4, a fire pit, a putting green, and poolside lounge seating.
Inside, you’ll find a gorgeous open-plan space that’s designed for the ultimate get-together. The fully-stocked kitchen features granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, a breakfast bar, and dining for 4.
The stylish living room area has 2 sofas, an upright piano, and another dining table for 6. Then there’s the game room, with a pool table, bar seating, and a fireplace. Watch the big game on a 75-inch flat-screen TV in the den. Oh, and there’s even a whole-home sound system.
3 chic and relaxing bedrooms and a den can sleep up to 10 guests. The elegant master bedroom offers an ensuite bathroom with a deep soaking tub and separate shower.

Our property has a policy regarding electricity usage. To ensure fair usage and manage costs, we ask that guests refrain from excessive use of appliances. If electricity consumption significantly exceeds the average, a surcharge may be applied. We encourage you to turn off lights and appliances when not in use and adjust thermostat settings accordingly. We appreciate your cooperation in keeping our property energy-efficient.
