Oceanfront Stuga med fantastisk utsikt och vackra solnedgångar. Bara ta med dig dina kläder, mat och njut. Stugan ligger på en lugn avskild gata. Bakgården öppnar upp till ett stort skogsområde. Mycket privat plats. Det är en perfekt plats för familjer eller de som vill komma i kontakt med naturen.

Beachstone Cottage är ett rymligt 3 sovrum, 2 badrum fritidshus, som har blivit kärleksfullt restaurerad och inredda med moderna bekvämligheter i åtanke. Huvudnivån har en ingång för sol veranda, välutrustat kök, vardagsrum med öppen spis med utsikt över havet, separat matsal, sovrum, bad och tvättstuga. Den stora master sviten på andra våningen har havsutsikt, en stor L-form soffa, queen size-säng, jacuzzi och mycket stor plattskärms-TV.

Bekvämt beläget på St. Margaret's Bay, bara 5 minuter från Peggy's Cove fyr. Nära till många restauranger, gallerier, sightseeing möjligheter och en myriad av utomhusaktiviteter. Livsmedel och de flesta "stadens bekvämligheter" ligger 15 minuters bilresa bort.

Beachstone Cottage är ett utmärkt ställe att basera dina explorations från. Vi är inom en timmes bilresa från sådana natursköna områden som Halifax, Mahone Bay, Chester, Lunenburg och Annapolis Valley.

Comfortable Cottage In Convenient Location

This cottage served our group of 4 adults very well. The accommodations were comfortable and clean. The location was conveniently close to the area attractions and restaurants that we frequented. Beautiful House

Visiting from Central Massachusetts, US…. The house was beautiful in a perfect location!!! The view of the bay was great. The back garden was awesome, relaxing and quiet. The patio was great and came with a gas grill. We were 5 minutes from Peggy’s Cove. The accommodations were great and look forward to visiting again!!!

Perfect

Beautiful house with an amazing view. Quiet area, nice area to walk around. The house had everything you needed for your stay. We used the Kitchen often for meals, the bedrooms were perfect for everyone to have their own room for when we needed downtime after a long day of seeing the sights. Close to Peggy's Cove and many other attractions. Amazing time spent here, we were sad to leave but hope to come back sometime in the future.

Wedding/ vacation

We were there for a wedding at Oceanstone Resort, but wanted all 6 of us to stay together. This place was perfect! Less than 10 mins away from venue, Peggy's Cove was just down the street, Lunenburg (Bluenose home) was about an hour and Halifax just about 30 minutes away. House has beautiful views with absolutely spectacular sunsets. It was clean, well equipped, with a great space for us to gather comfortably at the end of the day. We would all love to come back and stay!

Spacious and well equipped

We enjoyed our stay in this very pretty cove. The house was large and very well equipped. The beds were comfortable and the linens soft. We appreciated the sunroom where we kept all our beach gear. The kitchen is new, just watch your head in the overhead vent! The two upstairs bedrooms are large with nice views of the cove and sunset. The only downfall is that the living and dining area are very musty. The one asthmatic in the group could not go in these rooms. We were only four people, so we ate in the kitchen and gathered in the living area in the principle bedroom.

We had a great week at this lovely house, which was perfecly situated for exploring the area, including Halifax to the north and the lovely fishing villages and beaches to the south (Lunenberg and Chester were our favourites). It was also ideal for more local walking opportunities (loved the trail from Prospect Cove) and in particular, popping to Peggy's Cove later in the evenings (5 minute drive away) when most of the other tourists had gone. We loved the quiet location (could hear the waves lapping onto the rocks - how wonderful is that?!!) and the uniterrupted view straight onto Hacketts Cove was beautiful, especially the sunsets in the evening. The house was well equipped to meet all our needs (travelling as a family) and our two girls loved the garden. We would definiately recommend this property to family and friends!

Great stay in Hackett's Cove

My wife and I had a great stay at the Beachstone Cottage. Stayed four nights and every day marveled at the view from the house. Nicely situated to enjoy several nearby areas. Provided useful instructions for the home. Although we stayed at the end of July and early August, place was very comfortably cool without use of air conditioning. We had no issues with use of well water. Would not hesitate to recommend this place to others or stay there again.

Nova Scotia Weekend getaway

We were 3 couples traveling together for an event at the St. Margaret's Bay Sailing Club and this property was perfect for our needs. The lawn and garden is meticulously maintained and sets the stage for a relaxing long weekend getaway at a nice cottage in Nova Scotia. As always, the kitchen was a gathering spot and there was plenty of room for all six adults to gather, chat and eat. The kitchen contained all the necessary items and has a great view of the water to enjoy fog over the water in the morning and fantastic sunsets in the evening. The property has a great location about 10 minutes from Peggy's Cover and other points on the southern shore of Novia Scotia where there are fantastic views of the water and great sunsets. Everyone in our party had great things to say about this property and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Simply Fantastic!

From start to finish this was an incredible stay. We spent 2 weeks and we wanted for nothing. The house was immaculate and the property was a delight. We spent every day enjoying the ocean breezes, and even when it occasionally rained we were treated to fantastic views across the bay. Ken was an exceptional host and ensured we had everything we needed, and went out of his way to provide a fantastic stay. Highly recommended to anyone looking for an ocean get away with close proximity to excellent dining, world-class sight seeing destinations, and easy access to Halifax. It is the best of all worlds.

The kitchen of this house has been beautifully renovated. The bedrooms upstairs have beautiful water views and comfortable beds. One small problem was quickly solved by a neighbor.

Beautiful location.

We loved our stay at Beachstone Cottage. The sunsets are amazing, the cove so peaceful. Cottage is large, the views from the upstairs bedroom awesome. Location is very convenient.

Beautiful Location

This house and location are a perfect example of what I would expect Nova Scotia to be like. It was very clean, plenty of space and located on a quiet road overlooking a beautiful harbor. Incredible sunsets each night! The location is idea because you are 15 mins away from picturesque Peggy's Cove (great lobster rolls) and only 45 mins away from Halifax and 1 hr away from Lunenburg (whale watching). I highly recommend this location, the owner was very easy to work with, no issues with the house and accommodations.
