Anita is an ANGEL! The house, The property, the communication, the hospitality all 10/10, 10 stars… i cant rave enough about everything. Our wedding was absolutely incredible and i would stay here a million times over. AMAZING!!!

Family time

The rooms where great. Each family had there own area. Which made it so nice for the littles. The kids had a great time in the pool and the view of the bay was beautiful

We loved the spaciousness of this unique house. We loved the view of the water and the privacy of this large property! There were many bedrooms to appeal to a large group. Our communication with the host was top notch, and she went out of her way to make sure our stay was enjoyable. We would definitely go back there again!

Stunning

Eden Mansion was amazing for our family. It’s beautiful inside and out. The pool was great my youngest grandson didn’t want to get out for anything lol. It was nice to have space so if someone wanted to stay up later than others you have your own space for peace and quiet.

Memorable Views

The house was great! Very spacious and the views were really beautiful. Had a small event and we thrilled with views. Property was clean of course the outside the first day seemed a little messy but I think it was the weather from before our arrival because after our stay with the sun it was beautiful. Our host was super nice and helpful and answered all our questions. I would definitely stay here again.

I can't tell you what a pleasure it was to host you and your family. I'm so glad that your time with us was special. Yes unfortunately we had a severe windstorm right before you arrived. I had a neighbor peek over and they said everything looked okay but it actually had pulled some of the fence down but we had got it back up. I'm sorry if there was some leaves in different places we didn't see before. The place can be very windy up on the hill from the water and we do get some severe wind up there quite often. So sorry about that we would have definitely tidy it all up for you. Be well we would love to host you again anytime. Thank you for choosing us

Vacation

The house looks good online, but once you get there, if not as it appears online. The house was dirty. The floors was dirty dust everywhere dirty towels hung on the rack. The house had big cockroaches. The outside furniture was full of mole, mildew, and dirt the house had five TVs, but only for work. And that big house there’s only four TVs all of the bedroom. Do not have TV if you’re planning on staying there take your own sheets and towels, and plenty of Lysol.

Upon arrival you realized you made a massive mistake with the bed types and # of rms. You were very upset. this was about to ruin your "all couples" vacation. Despite this being very clearly depicted/listed in listing, I still wanted to help. In 90 minutes someone was there setting up queen beds for you that I hired out of pocket. A blackout curtain installed to make someone more comfortable right after bed setup. Confusion about a shower handle? You were shown in minutes. I answered my phone immediately anytime you had any question. The best interests of your entire stay was at heart. Even though I was not given a thank you, only coldness and the person I hired to help you through this mistake was not treated very nicely I still sent a very large box of crumble cookies over. You did not think that six TVs were enough in a 7 bedrm vacation rental. All of the TVs DO work they are smart TVs and connect to Netflix Hulu etc and the house has cable. Cleaning lady was cleaning property next door and helped you all get on the Wi-Fi once. She asked if you all needed anything and everything was wonderful. When the vacation was over you expressed a long list of very alarming complaints. Some of the complaints are the kinds of things that people would have left a vacation rental over and it's bizarre no one did and stayed for 6 more nights. You wanted more televisions and a curtain but never mentioned these very concerning situations?
