Welcome to Casa Ramé's Amanera, our RetroChic Unit at Pineapple Hill in Rincón, PR! It is perfect for a family/friends getaway. Enjoy the ocean view from the master bedroom and adventure to Steps Beach on a 30 minute hike (Difficulty Level: Hard). Both bedrooms are air conditioned. You will have 1-2 parking spaces available.
The neighborhood is a very friendly, rural one. You may also notice many people cruising by our residential street as the views are breath taking, the houses are beautiful, and both ends of the street lead to the famous road 413 (aka. Road to Happiness).
We are located 5 minutes from the town square which means easy access to pharmacies, convenience stores, gas stations, and restaurants/bars. We are also less than 10 minutes to all surfing spots in town. A rental or personal car is strongly suggested.
Ps. To provide clarity on our amenities, here are a few key features to know before your stay at Casa Ramé:
1. Hot Showers with On-Demand Heating
The showers are equipped with Marey on-demand water heaters, so you can enjoy hot showers during your stay. Just note that the bathroom and kitchen sinks only have cold water, which is common in Puerto Rico.
Since the Marey units runs on electricity, hot water wonât be available during a power outage.
2. No Power Generator
Casa RamĂ© does not have a generator. Power outages can occasionally happen, typically lasting a few hours. If it happens during your stay, itâs a chance to slow down, rinse off under cool water, light a candle, listen to the coquĂ frogs, and embrace the simplicity of island life.
3. This apartment displays some accessibility features such as direct access from the street (no stairs) and entrance & doors that measure over 32 inches wide (Bathroom doors are 28 inches). In addition, safety features include exterior security cameras intended for guest and property protection and do not interfere with your privacy inside the apartment. Your privacy is important to us and we respect your right to a comfortable and secure stay.

Hi! I am Carmen, your vacation rental host. I am a physician associate from RincĂłn, PR who loves to share her passion for hospitality. My partner Dan and I live downstairs on a part-time basis (in a completely separate apartment) with our awesome dog, Canela. Occasionally you may see us working in the patio or letting the dog out to play. Canela has no access to your apartment. Please reach out if you have any questions or specific needs.
