Gather your crew at this 7BR, 5BA Dennis compound just over a mile from Mayflower, Bayview & Chapin Beaches. Enjoy the saltwater pool (6ft max depth), large fenced yard, outdoor fireplace, pergola, pool house with bar, bathroom, and outdoor shower.

The main home features 6 bedrooms, plus a private studio apartment with queen bed, bath, and kitchenette. Walk to Dennis Village for shops, restaurants, coffee, playgrounds, and entertainment. Linens included—your perfect Cape Cod getaway awaits!

PLEASE NOTE: Once your reservation is made a lease will be emailed to you from Foran Realty. You must sign your lease within 48 hours of receipt. If you do not receive the email please contact Foran Realty immediately. Please note our cancellation policy spelled out in the lease. You will be asked to initial the policy as part of the signing of the lease. Foran Realty will not process any credit card payments until the lease is returned to our office. Not bad but not great

We were a party of a few families staying together. The location was great. It was very convenient to get to the Dennis beaches. Go early to get parking on weekends. The outdoor pool/ cabana/ bar/ fireplace area was amazing. Though it's a 7-bedroom listing, the bedrooms are spread out in three separate units on one property, so it was a bit confusing at first. One of the bedrooms is a walk-through, so there was no privacy. The common areas felt tight for a large party, especially the kitchen and dining room and some of the bathrooms. The house had everything we needed, but not everything worked well. Foran Realty was very responsive to our requests though.Overall, the house met our needs, but is dated and worn compared to similar listings.

What a superb location! Walking distance to markets, restaurants, and ice cream!! House and pool were fabulous, with enough space for all of us! Thank you!!!
