Outfitted for maximum vacation relaxation, this gorgeous, newly built home offers water views from every room and an unbeatable location just a few minutes' walk from Sea Haven Beach. The shops, restaurants, and amenities of Surf City are just five miles away. At home, outdoor highlights include three levels of decks, with access from every room. The primary bedroom, which occupies the top floor, features private balconies at the front and back of the home. And, with jaw-dropping sunset views from the back decks, you'll want to have a happy hour plan in place each evening.

Inside, you'll find water views from every room. The corner lot and plenty of picture windows mean abundant natural light. The sleek, full kitchen boasts stainless steel appliances and all the gourmet gadgets you need to make meal prep a breeze. If you're in the mood for a barbecue, sizzle something on the brand-new Weber gas grill. At mealtime, there's plenty of seating between the kitchen island barstools and a large dining table.

Spend the day on the beach, then use the outdoor shower on the patio downstairs to rinse off the sand. Entertainment options at home include free WiFi and streaming-capable TVs in every bedroom, including a 55-inch TV in the primary bedroom, plus one in the spacious living room. More highlights include an in-home elevator, central air-conditioning, and a washer/dryer. Nice But Needs Some Attention

-Mosquitos, roaches, ants were problematic inside and out -As a previous guest noted, the bedroom windows need coverings - didn't enjoy the 6am sun in the face -Easy 10 min walk to the beach

Beautiful!

This home was clean and beautiful. Spacious, and had all the amenities needed. Short walk to the beach. Vacasa was easy to interact with, and quick to respond.

House was fine, Vacasa was not…..

My family and I have been coming to Topsail Island for more than 35 years. It is the highlight of the year for us. We had just received our email from Vacasa with our key code. The whole family (grandparents, cousins, uncles, aunts, siblings and parents) was super excited to be staying in the Topsail Tower for the second time. It was ocean front with a pool and room for the whole family. We had been driving for about 6 hours. Check in was at 4:00 and as we were approaching the bridge to go onto the island at 3:30 we received a phone call telling us that our rental (Topsail Tower) was no longer available due to a mechanical issue. Vacasa told us we had two choices. We could get a full refund and turn around and go home or they could offer us two houses (one was not large enough for all of us) and our group would have to split up but we needed to decide quickly. One of the two houses just had a last minute cancellation or otherwise I guess we would have been out of luck. We ended up taking the two houses. One was ocean front with a pool. The other was not and was also miles away from each other. My group ended up in Sea and Sunset (not ocean front and no pool). The house was nice and accommodating. Other than not being what we were expecting a downside would be that the key pad was on a door that seemed to house mosquitoes so badly that we had to use an alternate door that did not have a key pad. The house did not leave us any instructions for the TVs, trash pick up or check out instructions. Vacasa did not offer that to us either. This is the second time Vacasa has interfered with our vacation. Three years ago we were all set to stay in one house but the owners had removed their listing with Vacasa. Luckily we knew before the day of. Vacasa told us that the house was no longer being rented. We found out later the owners just went with a different rental company. As I said Sea and Sunset was a nice house. Just not at all what we signed up for. Things happen for sure but this was a very disappointing start to our vacation. We have also waited all week for a return phone call from Vacasa regarding this issue. Our vacation is over and still no phone call, or any compensation for our troubles. (They did say the would issue a refund for the difference in price…).

Perfect family stay

This rental was full of little details that made us feel right at home. There were plenty of linens, kitchen and bathroom basics, laundry supplies, and more. There was plenty of space for 4 adults and 4 kids to spend time together and also enjoy solitude when needed. The walk to the beach is short and the elevator is a lifesaver when loaded and unloading. The beach access was serene and not crowded at all even on Saturday. Close enough to grocery stores/delivery, restaurants, and shops without feelings like we were in the middle of the hustle and bustle of other tourists. We would highly recommend this home!

Very Nice.

House is clean and new, had everything we needed except a tea kettle but we just used a pot. It's just a 3 min walk to the 18th street beach access but you do have to walk 350' or so down Island Drive to get there. Nice views from the balconies but ocean view is limited by the houses in between.
