This breezy and well-appointed condo is part of the Beachside Villas complex, which offers access to incredible shared amenities, including a sparkling outdoor pool, outdoor showers for rinsing off the sand, tennis courts, and many beach access points. There are four great beach options near Beachside Villas: Eastern Lake Public Beach at the end of San Roy Road, Sugar Dunes Beach at the Sugar Dunes Boardwalk near Building 6, Walton Dunes Public Beach at Beachfront Trail, and Deer Lake State Park.
You are a short walk (roughly 350 feet) to a coastal dune lake, which is a shallow depression that shares an intermittent connection with the Gulf of Mexico. There are very few places in the world with coastal dune lakes, including Madagascar, Australia, New Zealand, Oregon, and here in Walton County!
This ground-floor condo is the definition of convenience and comfort, with an inviting living area with a TV and comfortable sofas, a cozy and convenient dining area, and a well-equipped kitchen with all the essentials to whip up delicious beach snacks and homemade meals for the crew. A washer/dryer has been provided to make laundry effortless.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
